Machining the Titan's of CNC 3M : Double Trouble or How Servo Settings Matter

Having successfully completed the Titan's of CNC Academy 1M and 2M; today we cover the 3M. Cutting soft jaws and then the part we work on improving surface finish by adjusting some servo settings and cutting the part again.

Yah, those server setting changes were shocking.. Because the faceting was so predictable I would have bet a soda that the issue was in the controller.. But apparently the servo was being too "gentle" with the commands in a very predictable way so firming up some of its holding torque and changing some of the timing did it... #themoreyouknow...
