For the first time, I am going to differ with Sir Jonathan. I fully believe Dr. Kedar's report and this is precisely what I feared at the outset of the war. Chas V'Shalom, we would have been finished and for the life of me, any logical person would say this is the way to finish off Israel. It is only due to the salvation of God that these ideas have not materialized. We have been saved by the kedoshim who sacrificed their lives for the greater Klal Yisroel. As someone who actually was in the army, i can assure that Pollard is wrong. Everywhere the idf has finished fighting in gaza has been flattened. Israel has the fastest reserve call up in modern history and burffered the north of israel. Hezbollah has lost almost double the men Israel lost in 2006 already in the last 2 months. Israel in the last 2 weeks has assassinated most of the Iranian generals in east syria, managed to form massive coalition pacts with moderate Sunni states and has reserved most of the Airforce for a multi regional attack. Iran has been able to hit israel for the last 20 years and was too chicken to. Hamas did not expect Israel would fight more than 60 days and has since lost 40% of its briages, 50% of its battalion commanders and lost more than a third of its men so far. Israel has hit as far as iraq and a senior intelligence officer in Iran was hit by the Mossad. Israel has the ability to hit anywhere in the middle east. Pollard just wants Israel to just drop non conventional weapons like candy. While Pollard is spewing bile, Hamas has lost 80% of its firing capacity and 78% of Hezbollah rockets on the weekend crashed in Lebanon. Israel was never prepared for war and always won because Israel gets creative when its eventually forced to
