3:46 prime example of why the frost nerf was unnecessary and stupid. Getting downed to the frost mat was fully macies fault, yet the rework allowed him to go unpunished for it. Sure he couldn’t sprint and was low health, but he was alive with a gun, and that’s really all you need in siege. It allowed macie to apply pressure through bathroom despite and win the round. Had he not been able to escape the frost trap, they could’ve lost the round due to macies own incompetence, but the frost nerf will allow the incompetence to go unpunished. Dumb

I've personally never encountered a problem of someone not getting flashed unless I'm playing Blitz. Which I'm willing to chock up to lack of experience on what exact range it's actually effective. I don't play Blitz hardly at all, only really when I'm messing around. I've heard that smokes (like their area of affect and placement/shape) were once super inconsistent between players as well? That is also fixed. And yeah, the Frost nerf is almost universally hated from what I've seen.

I've done that trick to Kali while playing the vase shield looking into Hookah on Coast and while bandit tricking server wall on clubhouse (some Kalis think it's a good idea to shoot her lances from the vents outside the window instead of just the spawn rafters lol). It's funny how every time this has happened, they always just keep shooting more lances not figuring out that they're just getting shot
