Macintosh SE/30 flickering Monitor

My SE/30 is acting up today. The video screen tries to resolve but it give a lightning look to it and just flickers. Any ideas what is going on?

I think what is going on is the power supply. So I did something I used to do when I was a kid, just wiggle the wire on the back, and boom, it worked. So, there is probably something loose in the power supply.

Did you recap it since they always need to be recapped since the old caps are leaking on the logic board

It turned out that the power supply was coming apart, the etching on the board was really deteriorating. I figured out there was a power supply because I would wiggle the power cord, things I used to do when I was a kid fixing computers. It just reminded me of how simple things can be diagnosed with an imagination. So I got a new power supply and it finally worked perfectly. So it wasn’t the soundboard or any of the sound components, it was just the power supply being intermittent.
