I was a little girl riding with my Dad in our B-61 Thermodyne Mack tractor trailer taking our Caterpillar dozer places. I spent my whole young life in Macks. The only truck Dad would have after we started making money 💰. I was around kindergarten age when Dad first was able to get our first B model. I remember it like yesterday. Dad had the lowboy hooked up to it, up the driveway he came. He was so proud! He told my mother the only thing wrong with it was that it was blue. He painted her his color, Red. Hard work and years later we had 26 DMs, 600s, one DM 800, R models, and of course our beautiful Superliner. I ended up working for Daddy, as soon as I was 21 I was in my own DM600 dump truck. I miss her every day. Those were the best years of my life!❤❤ Dad died of cancer and my mother tried to run our business, she basically let everything go to the devil. We were George M. King Contractors of Millersville Maryland. We sub contracted always with E.Steward Mitchell, a very successful paving business near Baltimore. Barton Mitchell ran it back then. He was one of Daddy's good friends. I miss so much driving my Mack and my Dad. I 💕 your Cold Start videos. I loved spraying ether for the Caterpillars on ice cold Maryland mornings. I will love 💕 Mack trucks deeply for the rest of my life ❤

I like those older Mack's with their polydyne camshafts. They are strong engines!
