Mackerel fishing north gare pier Hartlepool

This week we were on the mackerel .. we set off early to fish north gare pier Hartlepool. A day full of fish from within a half hour of being there and a surprise visit from sammy and his friends trying to take mackerel of our lines. Unreal how big they were! I hope you enjoyed the video

I was down there 3 weeks ago filming them seals we're a nightmare I went bass fishing but ended up using my 14ft beach caster for the mackerel it was a killer 🤣 Class video 👌

Hi guys, can you tell me a couple of spots I can go spinning or feathering for mackeral that is easy access and not too far from a car park as I'm disabled. Also, does it need to be high or low tide? Thank you.

@@AlfUckhamHall hi mate Blyth harbour can be a canny shot for them Mate and I have been told high or low as long as the suns shining but when I fished it last I think the tide was coming in always worth a shot tho and it’s not far from your car either

@@allseasonseafishing Thank you for that, I live near Bishop Auckland, so Blyth is an canny hike, but it'll always be worth a ride up on dys when I have more time, can you name anywhere around Tynemouth, Wearmouth and Hartlepool area or even on the river itself? I used to work for Van Hee in Felling and International Paints is just down the road from there, is there parking and easy access? Thanks. Alan.
