People's finished work can often be spoilt or not shown off to its best by poor choice of mounting. Same with picture frames and other items than need a complimentary device to show them off to their best.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful ideas and for providing such clear instructions. I really appreciate your calm and friendly approach, and the lack of annoying background music (that is so often present)! Please do more videos. Quick question - could you possibly give an indication of the sizes of mounts used please? There are so many on the CGG website that I don't know where to begin. Thanks, and lots of luck with the channel.
@FiredGlass3 жыл бұрын
Thank you, glad to hear you like out videos. Agreed on background music, most odd overlaying over the narration for an instructional video. It has it's place in nature documentaries etc. We chose the polished 1/2" diameter size for all the mounts which is the smallest in the super-duty stand-off range. Length wise we opted for the 1/2", 1" and 2".

No mould used, handcut flat glass. See parts 1 & 2 of this series which covers this from the beginning. This is part 3.

Thanks Jane. Links are in the description. If you are on a desktop computer that's easier to find as they are right underneath the video. On a mobile / tablet make sure you are not viewing the video in full screen mode. Best to have the phone held vertically too. Then tap on the title of the video below the preview to display the description and the links.

I am thinking of creating a similar project. I see you use warm glass but where did you buy the vibrating cartridge applicator and the powder tool? Loved the simple instructions
@FiredGlass3 жыл бұрын
Hi Paul, both items can be purchased from Warm Glass. Powder Pro Plus (P3) and Fine Mesh Softer. Under Tools and Supplies > Hand Tools and Equipment
@paulgibson54823 жыл бұрын
Thank you so much for getting back to me. Unfortunately Warm Glass, my normal supplier, do not stock either and the item is out of stock at Creative Glass. Luckily I have a a dot and line applicator so that will do to start!
@FiredGlass3 жыл бұрын
@paul gibson ah apologies, I thought you were referring to the spring loaded sifter. If it's the silver globe type sift Jill used, then this is a loose leaf tea holder which you can get from any good household shop. The P3 Powder Pro Plus I thought Warm Glass sold, apologies. It's American made, so they import them. We may have created a Delia Smith shortage as many people have tried to purchase them on the back of this project series.
