I unfortunately didn't write any tabs but I can tell you this much: It's in E standard and most of the bass work is the low E played open or following the kickdrum. Occasionally, it plays a C (first fret on a 5 string bass, lowest string, or 8th fret on the E, if you don't have a 5 string). Other than that, it's just the outro, where it follows the guitar riff!
