Hello Buck... can you clear one thing for me?... we also looking for nudge to take care mac os update but we are in confusion that what is required for nudge deployment? is we need to launch only nudge with the help of configuration profile? or it will required post install script also? from where we can start what is the hierarchy behind this. nudge>post install script>json?

Can nudge be used and configured if our MDM is Workspace One? I am very new to Nudge and looking to deploy this type of method to keep devices updated and its a bit overwhelming

Thank you for the tutorial. It was really helpful. I have a question. Where can I change the "It's time to update your computer" text? Also, is it possible to replace the Apple icon on the dialogue box with a different symbol, such as my school system symbol? once again thank you for your tutorial.

It depends on the configuration you're using. One option would be to edit the JASN file in your configuration profile. If you're using the script the other option would be to change the text in the script. Test everything in a lab environment before deploying to a small test group. Once the tester validated dens scope widely

Good evening, Thanks for the Indepth video! I'm a little stuck at the moment though. Checking my jss logs of the run, I see that it installs and downloads Sonoma on the device but leaving the device alone for 10 minutes and it has not proceeded forward at all. Here's the argument string I used: /Library/Management/erase-install/erase-install.sh --os Sonoma --update I'm not trying to wipe the drive. I'm looking to perform an upgrade to Sonoma. Am I supposed to use the --reinstall flag opposed to the --update flag?

Try both options on a test laptop and see what happens. Log each outcome in your test documentation.
