So you rooted the sparse hair first, then glued it? Wow, looks great..

This is a great video resource for artist's. I've seen some comments that it looks similar to painted hair or takes away from the realism, but I have to disagree. It looks like it helps the hair lay nicely and stays styled. I don't think people realize that you are not supposed to style and re-style your reborn's hair constantly as that can damage the mohair over time and wears on the glue regardless of how strong the glue is. As for the look, I believe that is dependent on how the artist applies and styles it. The little head looked like it could have used some more finessing and placing but overall a great concept for keeping your babies hair perfect and tidy. Because honestly it is very common to see rooting jobs where the hair doesn't really lay flat and is difficult to keep styled making the reborn look even more fake and less realistic. I would definitely test this technique out one day.

Can brown color be added to the glue to resemble hair?

What did you mix with the eyelash glue? To make the formula.

Enjoy your voice, its soothing. Thanks for the vid/'s. Be nice I suppose if one wanted glued hair instead of rooted. I didn't quite get the meaning of thestuff. God blessings.

It's still rooted. This helps it not look and become "bushy". Adding a much more styled and tidy look or whatever the artist may have in mind

Nice video!! but I do prefer rooted hair with needles.

I enjoyed watching you do this tecnique, but I have to say, I don't really "get it". Apart from maybe at the absolute head level .... if could help the hair withstand more handling, and keep it directional. But when slabs of hair are stuck down .... well, I would feel I was detracting from the hard work of rooting in the first place!! lol

There are people who dont want painted hair and also dont want to be bothered with styling rooted hair. So they get the look of real hair with a fixed style

Mixed feelings. Not much different from painted hair.

Why would u glue the outside when u already sealed the inside? Makes no sense to me. It takes away the realism
