Hallo, bei einem Ringdurchmesser von ca. 30 cm habe ich 200 cm lange Fäden verwendet. Ich würde einfach die doppelte Fadenlänge bei einem Durchmesser von 60 cm und bei 40 cm dann ca. 270 cm nehmen. Viel Spaß beim Basteln :)

If I wanted to make a larger one how would I know the length of the cord needed ??

I only made it in this size. But if, for example, you want your tree of life to be twice as big, I would simply double the length of the cords. If you are still unsure, it is better to make the cords a little too long rather than too short. Have fun crafting!

Muss ich bei einem 20cm Ring auch weniger Fäden nehmen, oder auch 48 Stück? :)

Ich würde es erstmal mit 48 Fäden versuchen. Wenn das zu viele Fäden sind bzw. gar nicht alle hinpassen, kann man einfach 4 (oder 8, 12, 16 etc.) Fäden weglassen. Viel Spaß beim Basteln :)

Hello, after I made the roots of the tree, I simply cut off all the threads that I didn't need for the roots. It's important to cut these remaining threads as close to the trunk as possible. Have fun crafting!

Der Ring in meinem Video hat einen Durchmesser von ca. 30 cm. Man kann aber grundsätzlich jede beliebige Größe verwenden. Viel Spaß beim Basteln!
