To go along with Ken Kesey, Robert Hunter was also a participant in MKUltra at Stanford University. Hunter was the lyricist for the Grateful Dead, and a friend of Kesey. There is absolutely no way that any human could write those lyrics without the influence of LSD. Go listen to Terrapin Station, realize that he wrote those lyrics in one night because he saw a thunderstorm, and try to tell me that MKUltra didn’t turn that man into a superhuman lyricist.
