To Mike, at 1:13:09, you could have comfortably be able to do all three combos at final turn if you stopped milling at 1 to get the CX, while still have access to both Ikenai Borderline and Alive. In ay case, any climaxes you trigger later on would can be paid with the Moca combo right? Was just wondering why to milled all the way to refresh. Just my thoughts anyway...
