First biology college course after diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome. In 1988 I asked professor how can I increase my mitochondria ?> He did not have a answer so I have spent years since then to find how to increase my energy. Thanks for this millions need help not just me.

I have used a red light pad 660 x 830nm on my GA (closed eyes) for a few years now, and although it is progressing, it’s very, very slow. I lost one through Covid when it turned wet and I didn’t understand the process at that time. I did use the pad at first, then Covid took over and I paid the price. I’ve recently got a 670 lamp, and will be using that from now on. I believe it works and I find it sad that when I bring it up with different specialists I’ve seen, it is brushed off and not even acknowledged, which is really disappointing for others.

Thank you SO much for this! I just ordered the eyecharger! I only have dry drusen so far, and I'm doing everything in my power to minimize the progression. I've sent an email to Dr Jeffrey to indicate that, if the researchers want people who can religiously follow a protocol from a distance, or if a research arm is in Canada's capital city, I'd be happy to be part of any study. He mentioned getting people too late, and I don't yet have any symptoms, just the drusen, both eyes... Thanks for starting my day with a touch of hope!

Good afternoon Professor Glen . This is such positive news! 🙏👏 Wow! I don’t understand why your findings haven’t been highlighted on tv & radio ( maybe it was & I missed it ) . I’m so glad that I accidentally stumbled upon an article about your studies when looking up red light therapy for skin rejuvenation. Thank you so much for all the hard work & fantastic research that you are putting into help make our eyes ( and other body parts) function better for us seniors. What a fantastic discovery you have made! 🤩 I really hope that safe and affordable red light led eye products are in production for the masses real soon. Should you need more volunteers to help with the tests, please count me in 😊( I’m 60) . Wishing you all the very best of success with your ongoing research 🤞Kind regards- Jan 😊.

I love how he isn't afraid to mention when a study didn't produce a positive result (ie, 'failed'). It seems these days everyone twists the data to return some kind of success so their funding parties aren't upset. I think there's a lot to be learned from saying when a study doesn't work, evaluate why, and adjust.

yes the recharging is from the inducted electro magnetic energy of the red light photons, at that angstrom frequency, matching some of the atoms of the molecules of the mitochondria. And in any way measurable an induction of energy without exchanging mass.

Thank you for doing these podcasts. I have had migraines since I was in my 20s and have good friends that have migraine. We find it very difficult to shop due to the bright lights. It hasn’t been long since I learned that there is much more blue light in the LEDs than red. For the last last 10 years people have taken migraine seriously…as a neurological condition. Light plays such an important part in the life of migraineurs. I would really like to try the red light treatment to see if it makes a difference when going grocery shopping. Thank you wholeheartedly for doing the research you do as you will help people to live a better life.

Gary Brecka (Ultimate Human podcast) did the research to suggest a simple “pinch” of Sea Salt (preferably one with lots of minerals) in a glass of water first thing every morning, and you’ll never have a migraine ever again.

I got one - the Eyepower, mostly because it's British, so are these researchers, and so am I. It arrived relatively quickly and is extremely easy to use, as it's a pair of glasses with a 3-min timer, after which the light switches itself off. I can't notice any difference but you wouldn't notice; you just have to hope the science is right and it's helping.

The glasses we use you can have your eyes open or closed and the light is in the glasses, so it is close to the eyes, however these glasses have been very carefully researched and developed (approved by Professor Jeffery) so I wouldn't want to comment on other devices (see my channel if you want info)

Will looking at the sun during sunrise 🌅 help the eyes?
@lmyers9999
@lmyers9999 2 ай бұрын
yes - and no need to look directly- although the early sun won't hurt... but it penetrates lids and is also reflected everywhere - so you get red light indirectly really well... especially in forests as the plants don't use it and reflect it well..

Don't look directly at the sun, just facing in the general direction is okay, also red light reflects off a lot of things in nature so just being outside in the morning for 10 minutes may help.
