I mean the meaning for it is in the name... DIRT bike.. Its not a Street Bike.. Its made for dirt. Therefor illegal to drive on the road.. Same for ATVS.. All Terrain Vehicles.. Yet they are using them on street. Thats not All terrain, thats STREET.. Laws for streets in the city, Not many laws in the country.. As most farmers use these types of transportation.
