The cow car! Hah hah, brilliant! I just happened across your video by accident. I’m a Mad Max vehicle builder myself and funnily enough, I recently decided to create a cow car because no one else had. Well I’m pleased to see you beat me to it! Do you have any dedicated photos? It looks like you did a really great job there. Mine is on hold at the moment. It started off as a physical model with a frame built from brass rod, but I stalled. Then I went to modelling entirely in 3d to print. But that stalled. The lack of good photos, and my model looking wrong in proportions put me off. I’ll get back to it at some point. It’s really good to see someone else who appreciates the whole Mad Max vibe as much as I do!

Hmmm I see you haven’t posted anything new for 3 years. Did you see Furiosa? Did it spark the urge to build again? (I must admit, it’s not filled with so many inspiring, characterful vehicles as the other movies imho)

​@andyr5579 I think the reason behind the lack of creativity is due to the time of the Furiosa story being a decade or two before Fury Road. The vehicles aren't as built for war as other vehicles in Fury Road. You could argue returning vehicles from Fury Road were freshly made in Furiosa as they were just starting to properly prepare their vehicles and make them more battle-ready; hence the underwhelming appearance of the Mercury Cougar XR7, Chrysler Valiant, and smaller single tanker Rig. We can see this development occur with the Furiosa War Rig when you compare it to the Fury Road War Rig.

Are these really die cast are these plastic models that you built from plastic model kits and scratch built everything out of styrene so I have yet to seen diecast stuff where you can custom make diecast cars and everything is made out of diecast metal and not plastic I guess I'm just kind of confused when people say they build custom diecast cars are they building cars and making their own parts out of casting metal or are they just using styrene to modify their diecast cars because I build model cars but everything is out of styrene and plastic styrene model car kits and planes and stuff like that and scratch built parts using evergreen line of styrene stock like their sheets that look like siding and roofing and sidewalks and beams and I beams tubing roll cage tubing diamond plate ect. I love evergreen they have everything you can possibly imagine for model building if they don't have it you're not going to find it ever as in sheets a big stock of shapes and sizes of styrene material in the correct scale you need. and stuff like that
