I have always been captivated by the haunting melody of 'Nature Boy' and entranced by the theme music of 'Mad Men' and this combination of the two absolutely gives me chills every time I watch this video. A definite thumbs up.

I was watching Sunday morning reruns of Mad Men on AMC and wanted to hear the full, uncut version of that theme song. In searching for in on KZbin I happened upon this gem and, my God, what a find it was. Bravo to each and every performer in front of the camera and to those behind the scenes; this is something so very special indeed.

In a scene from one of the final episodes, I wouldn't mind seeing Don drinking alone in a bar. At center stage, is a live act: Allison and her band performing this rendition of Nature Boy/A Beautiful Mine, while Don tears up, realizing that the lyrics are telling him the story of his life.

She is fantastic playing Peter Pan in Peter Pan Live!, and in Girls she is brilliant but her character is a dick, a diva and a drama queen. The whole show is a commentary on the selfishness of young 20 somethings and how it takes time to grow up. It's a great show filled with terrible characters like Seinfeld, Sex in the City and Curb Your Enthusiasm. They're funny but they're not good people.
