I don't even acknowledge my ex , like you said. The hardest, but ultimately the most satisfying thing , is walking away from a narcissist. This is 100% a demonic obsession. I was groomed at 15 by a married man 20 years my senior, and he wouldn't leave me alone when I broke up w him at 20, until I got a new bf at 22. The groomer has literally spent 7+ years stalking me with his police friends from my old job, energy harvesting, and doing all this magic with his little mason buddies.
