😊 It's Saturday morning here. I woke up late, made a pot of tea and left it to brew while I washed my face with MAS Gentle Jelly Cleanser, used Numbuzin Centella Re-Leaf Green Toner Pads around my eyes and then applied the Beauty of Joseon Rice and Honey Mask. So I sit down to enjoy my cup of tea and Rob's talking about his cleanser and the BOJ mask😹

You already top the charts with how genuine you are - but I love how it feels like I'm just chit chatting with my BFF about skincare ❤ I've said to before, but I have SO MANY HOLY GRAILS that have come straight from your content - and I don't even have the same skin type as you! I have very dry and dehydrated skin, and I've built my regimen with products you've tried tested and approved. And wow. When I get carded buying beer for my hubby, it's not so much the act of getting carded - I mean they have to ask anyone who looks under 40 -.but I'm 51, and the minute they see the birth year on my license, every single person will look at me with a stunned look on their face, like, no way - and I credit my skin care success to finding you, your MAS products and my red light led masks 😊😊. Thank you for the info about alternating retinal and Tretinoin. I just started a 0.025% tret gel (not my fav formula but am limited as to what I can get here in Canada), and was worried I would have to stop using the retinals, which seems like a waste. So now my plan is Night 1 - Trey, Night 2 - Retinal, Night 3 - Slightly stronger exfoliant. And then I will just repeat that pattern. So far I have found my mild daily exfoliant (Glow Recipe) is not causing any issues with the retinoids so I will keep using it and use my MAS one for my exfoliation nights. I don’t have my cats anymore, but I did spend 21 years just living with there always being a cat hair lurking somewhere. For me it was always discovered after putting on lipstick!

🐶 Fortunately my dog’s hair is short and dense…it really never becomes airborne. But it does end up in eyes or even my mouth from time to time. It always makes me smile when I see a puff of fur float by in your videos 😁

Heck - I need to up my game! PM, after cleansing, I only put on inactive vit C and then retinol (using it all up b4 I switch to your recommendation of retinal!) and a dab of moisturiser. I will look into all your recommended items and see what I can afford. Love these sorts of videos - I am the sort of person who needs to follow a prescriptive route as, even at 59, I'm a bit clueless 🤣

🐾🐾🐾 If I use retinol just once a month, I can't put anything on my face other than a basic moisturiser for 4 weeks afterwards! Everything stings straight away😢 I'm not ready to give up on everything just to be able to use a retin A product. Im a certified skincare magpie 😁

How frustrating, I feel your pain. Have you tried Wishtrend A-mazing moisturiser. It has a very, very low dose of Retinal and relies more on Bachiol ? Because it's so weak and you're putting it on last you may not have a problem. I used it for a while now I use MAS Oil. Niacinamide is my problem ingredient, I'm so glad Rob only uses very small levels in a few of his products. One medium to high dose of Niacinamide and I'm back to where I started, sore inflamed skin that I can barely touch. There are so many alternatives available so don't be afraid you're missing out if you're never able to use vitamin A.

@@ScurvyRascal are you buffering your Retin A. It helps a lot and using it only once a month isn’t giving u benefits so it is pointless if that’s happening. Try buffering and using hydrating toners and moisturizing toners first. Then a moisturizer then retin A

😻 I have five! One of them has long, fluffy fur, and his hair always seems to end up everywhere, including on my face when I'm putting on my nighttime moisturizer. 😂 I also have to make sure that I don't kiss them till everything has settled, otherwise I spend hours trying to unstick the fur from my lips and face! 😂 It just seems to move around.

Hiya Rob, great video as always andthe routine definitely works for you as your skin is looking fantastic! Something to share with you as wondered if you have heard anything about this. The Korean brand Benton have a 20% Vitamin C (L Ascorbic Acid) plus Glutathione ( probably wrong spelling) that apparently is a huge seller in Korea and flies off the shelves!! Have you heard about it. Sold in an airless pump and apparently isnt water based. I dont know if you can get the brand Benton in the UK but I was trying to get it here in Malaysia and its sold out but I will keep trying. Anyhoo, if you have heard anything about it I would love to hear your opinion on it. A great inexpensive EGF is from the brand Coxir, Ive been using it for months now and its really good! Rob I have several comments/questions. First I love the non edited video format. Second, I have ordered the PDRN reedle serum but now I’m concerned. I use Tretinoin 6 nights a week and had intended to use the VT serum in the AM. Is it only for nighttime use?? Third , I am 61 and my skin is now dry and sensitive. I find that the anua 360 moisturizer is amazing at night. I just ordered the mist to see if I can use it during the day. I’ve not heard anyone mention it yet so I’m very curious. Finally, I have never heard you mention products from the brand Avene. Why? Are they not good or not cruelty free?

I havent heard of that brand of moisturiser but I will check them out for sure.. Avene are not currently cruelty free but will be by the end of the year apparently and when they are I will be doing a full review ad they do have some nice formulations. love x
