Hello 👋🏽 my friend Rob, I drink both coffee and tea, it depends on my mood. Absolutely love the mug. I use a Hello Kitty mug 😀. Please do more full ritual videos, AM/PM, mask days, etc. please ! Love them 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽❤️❤️❤️. Your skin looks so amazing and glass like😍. My favorite sunscreen is CoTz Mineral Tinted SPF 50. I know it is not Korean, but it comes in two different shades for all skin types. It leaves my skin so dewy and it does not leave a white cast. For some reason, I cannot use chemical sunscreens. Thanks for recommending the poremizing ampoule! I’ve been using it for a week now and I’m loving it. Although I noticed peptides aren’t the star ingredients-they’re listed toward the end, so I guess they’re in smaller amounts. But still, it’s been great!

Coffee in the morning, tea in the evening during autumn and winter. I use my reedle shot in the evening. I find that putting anything on after aggravate the pickle, so it's usually the last thing I put on. However, as the cold is setting in and the heating is turned on, I might need a moisturiser in the evening (toner and serum has been enough during this very wet summer), maybe even slugging, so I'll see how I'll do it then.

I love tea! However I listened to a Huberman Lab podcast and he said you should avoid caffeine for the first 90 mins of waking as your body still has residual sleep hormones rushing around and if you suppress them with caffeine you will have a crash mid day once the caffeine wears off. So I have a decaffeinated tea first thing and then when I reach work I am gagging for a proper brew! I have stopped having that midday crash though! Love your routine! I am enjoying the pdrn essence but use it at night. Sending lots of love ❤xx

Caffeine. As long as it's caffeine. Although my latest love is my homemade cold brew coffee. ❤❤❤ I also have a cat. Luckily, she doesn't shed horribly, but I'm always finding her hair on my clothes. I recently had a foster kitty who she'd so much, it was insane! I had to run vacuum daily! After she was gone a week or so, I changed my air purifier filter.. oh my! The amount of cat hair in that filter could have almost made a pillow!

Schweet! Nice routine and that cute mug is mwah. Tea fan here - It must be Woolworths Earl Grey, from a pretty thin rimmed porcelain large mug. Love skin pampering at night but mornings are wash, , sun protection, moisturising mist and either Olay type light moisturiser or multi purpose skin primer. Then CC cream. Make up done at robots stops on way to work. Not a morning person 😂. I also have long hair that I need to wash daily and make presentable, thank goodness for the bun 😉😎

Vt reedle shot serums are designed to be used first thing on the skin unless you are using toner on a pad. If you are using toner as hydrator and put a lot of it that comes after too.

Thx for your excellent recs. I had purchased the Skin1004 Poreminimizing serum awhile ago but was going to use up my Cosrx 6 peptide serum first. However, after seeing you rave about this so much lately I decided to try it and WOW, u r not kidding, it's an amazing hydrating product. Now I'll use it 3 days/wk till I use up the Cosrx then switch to only using Skin1004. I already purchased the eye cream on your rec as well as the VT PDRN (awaiting shipment from Stylevana). I picked up the PDRN essence on accident, thinking I got the spicule version. The more I thought about it the happier I was with the mishap, because I don’t think I would’ve used it on my neck otherwise. I do really like the way it feels on the skin. Glad I mixed up my order. I agree spicules OK for the face, but my neck I just can’t risk it.

I'm using Azelaic serum and It did nothing, but, Since I'm incapable of throwing Anything out, I've kept using it and Now, I think it is doing something, It just took a few weeks of use. But great. And I bought a big ticket item. The Photzyme DNA Youth Recovery Serum. Spoken of by Penn. Smith highly in several videos. So we'll see how it goes.
