I just like when king julien was with her she didnt express her feelings but then when king julien and her broke up she actually got sad so this whole time sonya the bear actually likes king julien

Sonya roars to Julien happily, to which Julien thinks that he will stay with Sonya, but he refuses saying that he wants to rule New York since he's the king. However Sonya start scratching and pummeling Julien out of happiness. This turns out to be the last straw for Julien, who angrily refuses. Deeply hurt, Sonya goes to roll over the ball. Thinking that she ignores him Julien orders her to come to him but she still remains depressed. Exasperated Julien annoyingly walks over to Sonya, who roars angrily at Julien. Thinking that they're breaking up, this breaks Julien's heart, that causes the heartbroken king to leave. Before he leaves Julien tearfully exclaims to Sonya to not to bother to find him as he runs away, crying in despair, with Sonya sadly watching on.
