I know a 25 year old who has no car & lives with his parents, but he's just gone back to uni to study medicine. From my pov, it would be silly to automatically disqualify him off no car & no place because his trajectory is crazy. He'll be on 100 bags before he's 35 (if all goes to plan). They're also a lot more social than men. You rarely hear about a lone wolf that's a woman. Men find pleasure in more things outside of sexual relationships e.g. sport, working out, watching football, debating, politics etc. We also have access to porn or prostitutes if times gets rough (not encouraging it).
