Mam can l know the reason behind not giving lip movement ( moving lips according to script- trying to sing the song) .... Because according to me it is one of the difference between bharatnatyam n kuchipudi....

srivalli madduri lip movement was a result of singing while dancing long ago when the dancers sang while dancing. If you see my lekha there is lip movement because I’m singing.

Mam In dance We will pretend as if we r hugging krishna but it reality we r not, there is no physical presence of krishna so we do many things in dance which in reality has no physical presence..... We can also consider lip movement as one of such act right....

srivalli madduri Im sure lord Krishna was either singing or not singing while feeling sad. but he definitely was not lip syncing and pretending to sing. For your knowledge, in Kuchipudi we embody the character completely. I respect your personal opinion but it is not what the elders taught, and I agree with them.
