Which means roughly 16.67 million paper bombs exploding every second. If she was to make one paper bomb per second it would take her about 31 years to make a billion. So to make 600,000,000,000 paper bombs with one per second would take her approximately 18,600 years. The great ninja war was declared roughly a couple of weeks after the pain invasion ended. By assuming konan prepped for TOBI to come back to get nagato’s eyes… let’s say 2 weeks after the pain invasion. She would have to make about 42.85 billion paper bombs EVERY DAY. THAT IS INSANE PREP.
