Madden 12: NFC Championship - Giants vs. 49ers

History proves that the team with the better record & some better stats doesn't away win. 1st NFC Wildcard to win it all in 2007 season and 1st 9-7 team to win it all in the 2011 Season. They're not a Dynasty, but they are a Dangerous Team if they get past the first round of the playoffs, also they have won one Superbowl Title each decade since the 80's. Plus, now they're in the Top 5 NFL Teams with 4 or more Superbowl Titles. By the way, Nice video, what did you use to record the game??

It was one fumble & one muff, which gave the GIANTS a Great Opportunity to score some points, and they score 10 points. Try not forget, the 49ers scored 10 points off the turnovers against the Saints the week before. Without the 5 turnovers, the 49ers would've lost to the Saints. What goes around, comes around, I believe the saying goes.

@zymy16 The GIANTS defense blew it in majority of the 2nd half like u said. Either way, u still agree with me on that pass interference call and it should've been a replay of the down, giving the GIANTS a chance to win by re-kicking the field goal. A no called pass interference is just as bad, as a Bad Call. Maybe the Bradshaw call was Karma 4 that non-passing interference call in 2002. Now the 49ers & GIANTS rivalry are tied at 4 playoff wins each. They're tied in regular season too.

@zymy16 1 of 2 Yeah, I got it, their was another Lineman illegally downfield, yes he forgot to check in before the play with the ref. The 9ers did win it fair, but they also knew there wasn't a call for intereference as there should have been. The Refs blew it in that game, saw one ineligible receiver #65, but not the Pass Interference on the other player #69. It also doesn't matter if he was a lineman, as long as he checked in before the play, which he did, so that made him a reciever

This is the score it would've been if Kyle Williams was not there... he lost us three fumbles. And that led to like... 13 points or something for them

2 of 2 1st 49ers offense only converted 1-13 3rd downs, if the offense had converted more on 3rd down the 49ers could've gotten some more scoring opportunities with a TD or FG. 2nd Like you said, Eli threw two passes that could've been easily Intercepted, but the Defense Crashed into each other, which could've given the 49ers good field position around midfield. 3rd I'll admit the Biggest mistake goes to Kyle with the muff, but the 49ers should've capitalized in those other area, but didn't

Your good just need to improve your running game. Don't always go the way the game tells you because its a test to see if you can make a hole. Trust me I know I've had the game for a while. Liked the video though.

1 of 2 Also, the 49ers made the Playoffs after a 9 year absence & went to the NFC Championship Game, THE NFC CHAMPIONSHIP GAME!!! Considering their records these past few years, did you honestly think the 49ers would've made it to the NFC Championship Game this past season?? Alot of 9ers fans would've said "HELL NO". What the Niners did was a Hell of a turn around & it was good to have them back in the playoffs after so long, but they screwed up, not just Kyle Williams if u look at everything.

1 of 2 A turnover is a turnover, forced or not. K Williams made the mistake of letting the ball touch him, although he didn't realize it at the time. That was a bad mistake which led to 7 points for the GIANTS. The week before, Saints QB Brees threw a bad pass to WR Sproles that was picked off by 49ers Goldson. Goldson was standing in front of Brees downfield, if Brees had been paying attention, he could've thrown it a little higher & deeper to avoid Goldson.

@zymy16 I wouldn't call a fumble, that ball was pulled out, which I call that "Stripped" Yes the ball was stripped before the whistle was blown. I'd say it was a bad call. You should be upset, I don't blame you. I felt like you did 10 years ago, when a Niner Pass Interference Call wasn't called on the last play of a playoff game against the GIANTS which cost the G-MEN the game. The Referees admitted the next day that they blew the call. So now you know how I felt. Bad Calls happen

Cause you can't get interference on an illegal man down field dude lol. It was not like it was interference on a WR, it was a big ol fat line man lol.. so 9ers won that game fair bro

49ers had plenty of opportunities to win the game. You can't blame a game on one call. The Giants gave up 14 points on bad calls against the Packers and yet they were still able to win

2 of 2 That was a bad mistake which led to 7 points for the 49ers. Hell, when you look at the replay, YOU or I could've intercepted that pass if one of us was in Goldson position. Brees threw a careless pass like an idiot, which he is not normally like that, and that's how the 49ers got there. That saying does seem to be true that the Saints can't win on the road in the playoffs. I'm not saying the 49ers aren't good, but the GIANTS made less mistakes that game & won because of it.

A few last things, 1st the fumble in Overtime was forced. 2nd the team with the better record & some better stats doesn't always win. Just ask Atlanta, Green Bay, San Fran & New England. 3rd I want to thank the 49ers, if it wasn't for them & six other teams, the GIANTS wouldn't of made NFL History to be the 1st and probably only 9-7 team to win a Superbowl.
