What about a vertical hook the flat wont draw that outside as much

Yeah very true. You saw when I showed Cover 2 that I had to wait longer to find the opening when the vert hook was there. If they shade down though (which people often do in the redzone), the vert hook doesn't play as well and the window for the slant is better

@@deuceclose so wat u think is a good pull route for vert hook in general cuz i play ppl who run alot of man meta 335 wide vert hook or purple for the most part a motion slant flant kills the purple but the vert hook tends to sit rught under the slant

Just have to throw it quicker. Like really quick. Sometimes those lineman can't help but get upfield lol. These days I'm mostly throwing pre-snap rpos where I know the receiver has space
