His sentencing is supposed to be in late November. Judge Juan Merchan chose to wait until after the election - which I think was a wise move. If Trump was sentenced before the election and lost Trump would try to use that as a reason why he lost, if he's sentenced after the election and he lost what can he say about the sentencing? Not to mention if he was sentenced prior to election he could still win the Presidency - as crazy as it seems!
