Ok that "daddy" at the end, is confirmed a Skinwalker. One of my Joe's from basic experienced the same thing when he was 9 years old. His family are native American and he thought he heard his mom call out to him from the back yard but he saw his mom in the living room. He looked out the window to see 'it' face to face. It was trying to take him out side. Skinwalkers can change there vocal cords to make it sound like your loved one. That place is not safe.

My friend and I were homeless for a few months and we lived in a tent on the outskirts of a small rural town, and within the first month something was making sounds really similar to the first video and almost every night we could here something big in the trees and around our tent. We were both into crytids and the more we talked about a skinwalker/wendigo, the more the activity picked up. Big branches would fall right beside our tent then just not be there in the morning. I had enough one night because we could hear something breathing like 2 feet from our tent. I jumped out holding my machete and started acting like a monkey, literally. I pounded my chest and the ground and made the most guteral sounds I could and I never saw anything, but whatever it was darted into the bushes so fast. Whenever I've been in situations similar to that whether it be camping or hiking I implent that tactic. Others are saying not to engange, but sometimes you have to stand your ground and dig into that primal part of your brain, become feral for a few minutes. Both the natural and supernatural fear that primal side of man for it has not been seen in a long time.

Just a suggestion for cameras... Place 2 cameras facing each other. If the thing comes back to turn one off or remove the camera, the other camera will capture the event. As long as they are facing each other.

The coyote sounds were completely normal. They have a huge array of sounds and those sounds change depending on what they are doing. They can be pretty creepy to someone who doesn’t hear them year round. I have coyotes, wolves, mountain lions, bears, you name it around my place. It’s when there is complete silence that you know something is up or wrong. That’s when I get cautious. I’m married to a Navajo and he says most people don’t really know or understand what a skinwalker is. He also says he has never heard of a skinwalker leaving the four corners area. FYI, apparently dogs won’t go anywhere near a skin walker or bark at one. They will whine and crawl and hide if one is around or so my mother in law says.

My best friend is of native American descent. I asked her out of curiosity if she believes in Skinwalkers. She said absolutely without a doubt. Never whistle at night, never say its name. She said her grandfather took her camping when she was young and she remembers someone calling for help. She said, "Someone is out there, someone needs our help." What part of Minnesota if you don’t mind me asking? I live right on the edge of the leech lake reservation, and it’s where my father is from. I’m Native American as well (Ojibwe) and I’m always outside I love the woods and I love animals, and I understand the woods pretty well, but my scariest experience was when I had stayed late fishing in a secluded spot and it was like 2 am about and I had to walk a long way in the dark to my truck, and normally this area of the woods is just absolutely alive with animals, frogs, raccoons, deer, you name it, you can hear it! But this particular night I had noticed it was like DEAFENING quiet which is very strange, but I know it can get like that when there’s predators about. When I got about 20 yards or so from my truck I suddenly heard something big coming crashing through the woods and I spun around drawing my pistol expecting to have to take out a bear, but when I turned and shone my light in the direction all I saw was the leaves on the bushes moving in front of me. This freaked me out because I KNOW I didn’t spook something up, because I could hear whatever it was running TOWARD me it got louder the closer it got and not quieter. I tell you what I walked back to the truck as alert as I’ve been in a while and hightailed it outta there in the truck as fast as I could. That was one of the freakiest things I’ve ever experienced. The silence that makes your hairs stand up. Combined with whatever that was. Not fun at all.

ALSO, is it possible to put a hunting cam facing the backside of your fence? Maybe there is something just on the other side? 👀 Last thought. Have you considered a thermal camera? If you got on your roof, maybe you could see movement in the distance?

And whatever you do DON'T use White Sage to cleanse your car, home or eachother. White people mistakenly think White Sage is for cleansing. It is not. White Sage is for INVOKING. Inviting the great spirit in. If you Sage after this type of encounter you will invite it in. Use Mugwort, preferably Mugwort that you yourself harvested respectfully. Try not to use the Palo Santo or other bundles that have been mass produced for consumerism. Another thing you should get rid of anyway is your welcome mat or anything near your door that says Welcome. That is all the invitation / permission that things need to enter your home.

Both of my dogs perked up and started growling at my phone when they herd the growling thing on camera and a few other times. I have ranch dogs so they are used to outdoor sounds especially at night and they don't scare easily. So from a native American country girl please be careful. I have not fully finished the video yet but this is what I've gathered so far. Skinwalkers from my understanding is a living paranormal thing that still needs to feed. Spirit boxes are radios that tune in between different channels, like spinning the dial on a car radio. Edit: Wasn't expecting this to get as much attention as it did, thank you all for the replies and likes. I wanted to touch on a few things, first off I will say yes making noises and etc in the forest is actually very important, when I said not to call out to things I meant more specifically not to mock things like what was done in these videos. It can really piss things off and that goes for more than just paranormal things, sorry for the confusion on that part! Secondly there was a couple of you that wanted to know about the skinwalker noises. The skinwalker around my house personally makes a very distinct but distant knocking sound, like someone's at your door, followed by several way too close for comfort clicks, similar to a cicada. They always accompany each other and one never happens without the other and it's always in a pattern of the knocks and then the clicks happen seconds after. This happens regardless of the season so needless to say it was already kinda weird, I'll post the story for y'all as a reply in the comments since this is already long! ---- Just finished watching your videos and wanted to point out a couple things. The first thing is that regardless of what it is you should never call out to something at night. Whether you think it's paranormal or not, like some other comments have said it can lead predators or other things straight to you. I've experienced a lot of things I can't explain in my life and have a deep interest in the paranormal and cryptids like skinwalkers. Of all the stories that have been shared with me, one of the main "rules" I've been told is never, under any circumstances are you to talk near or at a skinwalker. Just like what you heard at the end they have a habit of using whatever voice they think will lure someone to them, in this case because you have daughters it used a young girls voice but they will use other voices or noises as well. Thankfully these voices will always sound slightly off or unsettling to you even if you don't quite understand why at first so trust your gut with any voices outside. Also you need to take extreme caution and care with your animals now that it has talked to you directly. It making itself known in that way means there is a higher chance of it not leaving anytime soon and they HATE pets with a passion. The amount of pets that go missing or are found dead in the stories I've been told is very heart breaking. They do not like things getting in their way when they find someone to hunt and pets are normally the biggest obstacles to them stalking you. Stop acknowledging it, by going outside when you hear coyotes howling or the fox yips by the fence, you are giving it a better understanding of what will bring you out of your house. The one that I encountered years ago did the same thing to me and still comes around from time to time at night. But when I stopped being curious about what the noises were and just closed the door it stopped coming around as much and the noises stopped. I'm not sure if yours is the same or not but mine has a noise that accompanies it and only it and I've heard that is the case for other people as well. It's kind of like a go to default noise they make, learn that noise and when you hear it act like you didn't, don't run, act panicked or scared but go the hell inside calmly. I would also recommend getting various protection items like black salt and sage, sage your house properly first, you can find tutorials online. Then place the black salt in your windows facing your backyard since that's where most of your activity is happening. It also wouldn't hurt to put some along your fence, whether it's on the ground or along one of the fence supports is up to you. Lastly, get a padlock for that gate if you haven't already (honestly this one isn't a recommendation for the skinwalkers cause they could just crawl over the fence) but you also gotta worry about weirdos coming in your backyard so better be safe than sorry.

a little tip when trying to get an elusive animal on film: don't check your trail cams and avoid the area the camera is in for at least a week, two is better. Even just walking around in your everyday clothes your scent will be left on each blade of grass and twig you brush against and stay there for several days. If possible, get a pair of rubber boots and gloves to wear when you check your cameras. Rubber doesn't hold scent.

I am a 14 yr old female and i live in a native American state oklahoma ive heard alot of weird unexplainable things, I've learned about the term skin walker over the years since my old friend group used to say it and make me scared over the years I've walked around my neighborhood and many other neighborhoods but my grandmas where i grew up is the most active of bad energy even at day time i would walk down train tracks a year ago and go to a bridge where a creek called sitting bear creek i would chill and do what teenagers do mess around joke and take pictures but i never saw anything ground breaking until one day i was with a friend we saw deer skin hanging on barb wire and this area around my house is fields farms and military base and forsets ive crossed on to the military base as a child only of 11 yrs old with a friend and at day time off we were curious about monsters we wanted to find one well instead we found a motorcycle helmet and a trick or treating basket and we were walking down this other creek which used to be an old camp site behind farms and lots of fields and we were walking from the creek through a field towards a parrell forset but as we started to cross the field i spot something gray and fur and skin idk what it was i couldn't fully see it or make out where its eyes and mouth where i didn't know what it was but i told my friend and we heard grass from where i saw it move we climbed a tree and tried to call 911 but our phones were dead. Recently me and another friend were walking along that area at sunset and started to take a short home between a dam behind houses and i saw something white no face skinny and said we gotta go now we ran as fast and said we never going around that area again but then my mom was trying to find us and i told her that was our hiding spot the dead end at the end of the street down the road from my house and she went pass the military base signs and barb wire we went to look for her and then we headed back and she was at the house and we took the same way she did but never saw her and we both got back at the same exact time. Another time between the train tracks me and my friend found a skull of an animal on a pole hanging and logs in the shape of a rectangle we left. Another time at my grandmas house very recent a couple weeks ago i was sleeping after playing video games trying to sleep at around 2 am my mom always says she hears weird things like ppl getting killed in the woods but idk because she has been diagnosed with szchfreinpa idk how to spell it but i sorta believe her now i heard a loud scream screeh and the dogs in my neighborhood bark at everything and anyone but they were completely silent everything was when that happened it was right by my house in between the house in the ally down toward the left and i used to hear taping at my windows i called my bf and he said it might have been a raccoon or a cat I've heard cats fight and scream by this was completely different. At my bfs house he lives in a trailer park by train tracks and farm with corn field and an abonded rotting cosplased house but we were walking and he whistle after i told him not to but then i checked behind me to find a deer standing in the middle of the road staring at us and we ran as fast as we can back home he said he saw a small dog but that's not what i saw this was not directly even by the field or past the tracks it was right by a couple of houses on a road we still go walking but not over there anymore. Be careful also you should research about native American house under ground with roof sticking out of the ground houses.

Dude......hearing that "Daddy?" made my skin crawl. I'm a fellow KY resident, and I used to be a bit of a ghost hunter back in the day. Kentucky definitely has its fair share of paranormal activity, but I believe that you've got something going on that's a little worse than most things I've seen/heard. I really think that you need to approach either Twin Paranormal, or The Paranormal Files, to see if they'd be willing to come and investigate your problem. I haven't really spoken about this instance to often cuz it still sends shivers down my spine to this day. It was a late night in my house, me being a night owl at heart I would stay up and watch youtube or Netflix on my tablet until the early hours of the morning. I am not sure exactly what time it was when it occurred but roughly 3 to 4 in the morning is when I heard someone or something running there finger across my bedroom window. It would run from one end of my window all the way down to the other before the noise stopped, the one night I decided to leave my blinds adjusted so whatever it was could see me and I know something was staring at me from the other side, I don't k own how long for though. Keep in mind, I don't live in town I lived up on a steep hillside that bordered the deep forest and the outskirts of town, and my window is pointed to the woods...I will never stop wondering who or even what it was.

New Year’s Eve this year around 9 I walked outside with my dogs into my backyard, which is surrounded with woods as I live in the country. I was letting my dogs use the bathroom when I heard a girls voice come from the woods saying my dogs name. It was this soothing, and extremely beckoning voice. It said my female dogs name twice so I made them come back inside. Scared me. My neighbors are not that close, the woods are hard to go through at night, plus my house is fenced off. I also do not know them so they wouldn’t know my dogs name. I don’t know what was in my woods that night.

I was in Acton, Maine in 2015 and heard this exact same creature. I was outside my garage at the time, and it was deeply early in the morning, about 2 or 3. The loons were a lonesome sound, but I was quickly proven to be VERY much not alone. The claim is that one of his cattle were ripped open as if dissected, and that a hefty fistful of feathers were in the opened part of the remains. My grandfather gave me the tooth of this animal, blessed in such a way that the creature(s) can't come near it, that the shame of leaving the carcass unused and honorless is supposed to be enough to keep it away. I have never taken it off, not even to shower. EVER. Please, find out from the locals which tribes populate your area. Seek their blessings and keep your young family safe. I'm frightened for you.

But my grandma once told me that she and grandpa when they where first living out there my grandpas bores started screaming horrible sounds in the night. I will say the most terrifying thing that happened to me and my fiancé was what we believed to be a skinwalker. We had an incident that led to us being homeless. We were staying in hotels, but it was eating our money up so quick that we were never going to get out from the situation so we decided ultimately to stay under a bridge not far from the hotel where a lake ran under. Every night I would get this weird feeling we were being watched and could NOT go to sleep. Sometimes if I'd already fallen asleep, I would wake up to this. Each night it got worse and worse. One night it was so bad he even felt the negative energy and was freaked out like I was. Then out of nowhere it got really quiet, and we both sat up and was looking around. Out of nowhere this creature come up out of the water on the opposite side of the bank as us. It had not been swimming above water for either way, because we could've seen it. It was WHITE like, it was so dark out there, we could see it clearly. It went running up the bank to the top of the bridge across from us, and this was a fairly huge bank. It stopped and looked back at us 4 times as it was going up. It looked to have a human head but with a featureless face. Just black eyes. But it was running on all fours up the bank. And was gone. We got up and ran out of there so quick it was CRAZY. That thing had been in the water and just popped out and almost floated up the bank it seemed. It was so big, it was dislodging the big rocks that were under the bridge to keep the lake from washing it away and they were tumbling down into the water. What freaked us out is it just was running up the bank like an animal, but that first time it looked back and we seen its "face" I guess you would call it, it just made my soul leave my body it felt like. It was the most horrible feeling I think I've ever had. The only other 'stories' we have heard around here that we think might now have some reality behind them, was people always told stories about 'The White Thing' in the woods. My uncle had been hunting and got so scared when he seen it up in the tree stand one time, he didn't go back there EVER. There was also a reported sighting of an 'albino bigfoot' that made the news because so many people seen it and were freaked out. This is all in the same small town in Alabama.

I've seen videos and heard of a thing called a Rake. I wonder if that's what you saw-white skinny body with long limbs and a big head and creepy eyes but not really even a face. There's a KZbin video in which someone photo'd a moose on the side of the road; when they looked at the photo later this thing was coming out of the bushes at the moose. They've been spotted in caves, abandoned houses, old mines.

As somebody who lives about 5 hours away from Arizona, which is another place that was heavily populated by the Navaho, the last minute of this video scared the shit out of me. I recently encountered one as well, right in my own backyard as you did. It honestly sounded like somebody was barking or laughing, but something in me told me that it wasn't a person. It definitely did not sound human at all. Although my experience was nowhere near as spine chilling as yours was. I am honestly SO HAPPY that you did NOT open that gate when you heard whatever it was say "daddy". I would err on the side of caution if you do suspect that something doesn't feel right. Listen to your gut rather than your eyes and ears. I've spent most of my life in the forest professionally and for my own endeavours. I have only had one run in with something that fits your description of a skin walker. I didn't know it was called that and much like my curiosity for it at the time, it was curious about me. The more you think about it, the more you pursue it, the more it will be drawn to you. Its how these things work, like magnets to energy. I can't tell from the video if what you have experienced is something, only you know that, but don't let it consume you. I still spend many nights in the Wilderness alone but you must read the environment and have a positive mental attitude. Also a shotgun with cartridges packed with old copper coins worked well for me. I guess a good rule or thumb is, you can always turn back until it shows you its true form, then your in it till the end. Or you can move far away like me.

Just have a comment about your cameras. A few years ago we had a problem with people sneaking into our stock pond, which was over flowing with catfish and white perch. We had just started to harvest the fish which were from1 1/2- 4lbs. And we were told to start taking 50lbs a year to keep the fish healthy. One of the neighbors saw me walking out with quite the striger of fish. And as you can imagine we started to get hit and they were taking alot of fish. As there was only one place to access the water due to alot of underbrush I installed 2 game cameras it was my job to stop by and feed the fish daily on my way in from work. It only took 1 day for and they destroyed the cameras. So i put my mind to work my dad had a large farm so plenty of tools especially ladders. I grabbed a 10ft extension ladder and armed with new cameras found two trees one facing the 35 gallon barrel we had chained to a tree with the fish food in it. And another facing the bank. When I intalled the cameras (about) 15ft up the tree i put wedge blocks behind them to get the right angle. The thieves could not see them because they weren't looking up and it didn't take long to identify and apprehend them. By the way they had over 150lbs of fish between them, which was confiscated and we donated to the local shelter but that's off topic . The point being if you but your cameras in an elevated postion then the Yee naaldlooshii may not notice them. Also the two or possibly three over looking each other as previously suggested is also a good idea. Would like to see you get an image of this Bruja!!

God, I really need part 3. I’ve been getting more into things like this so when I saw the first video last night, even though it was night time, I had to watch. Your story and experience is insane. The time, effort, clarity and the fact that it seems like you’re trying to take measures to make sure it’s nothing that can be disproved. Well this is the perfect video to show you how not to do things. If you're going to do a real investigation the cameras should never be on you. They should always be out looking to catch any type of evidence. How the EMF detectors were handled, incorrectly. Cameras handled, incorrectly. I'm from Balkan, Serbia more precisely, and always loved the stories told by elderly around my village, especially by my grandma, may her soul rest in peace. There are bunch of stories, either they're real or not. In the 60s, my grandparents lived isolated from village like mile or two, so their home was pretty isolated. The stories which terrify me the most are about fairies, Slavic folklore female like creatures called Vila (fairy, read veelah). Those could be good or bad, depends on the situation, if you disturb them or not. They usually "spawn" far from inhabited places, like in the woods, meadows, and the most around small water streams, when it's full bright Moon. They usually spawn in groups dancing in circle. Who steps in that circle, can't escape, so practically victim is forced to dance with them until the fatal exhaustion, ending strictly at the dawn, after first rooster rings the bell. Sounds funny untill you gain some depth into. My grandmother complained the most about her horses with braided ponytail in the morning, when they were about to open the stale doors. Ponytail would disappear next morning. There's belief that if you try to unbraid such a craft, you may get sick and eventually die. Since I do believe in God and Jesus Christ, I believe too there are mobs, demon creatures, call it whatever you want. Everything paranormal is mostly demon presence. There are weird stories older people avoid to talk about but there are some about Vilas and other abnormalities: ***those are stories are mostly considered as legends, but...*** - Peasant on his way home, going thru the woods after midnight, grayed out over night, went mentally ill after encounter with Vila - Another man was speechless for few years, after he broke mentally, and spoken first words about accident, died quickly. Allegedly, vilas cursed him to die if he speaks a single word. - In the 50s, two young farmers were going home, and their path was usual horse path thru forest. They saw girls dance the Kolo (folklore dance with group of persons, holding their hands forming circle, name means the wheel) and they joined them. In that time kolo was pretty common folk dance, so it was nothing uncommon to see people dance like that. Ofc, young dudes were just young, you know, being sceptic and denying any paranormal occurrences. So, they joined the girls and danced for a while. Milan, one of the guys noticed girls had strange legs, and instead of feet, their legs ended in narrowing curved shape, something like curved top of the witch cape. He screamed as much as he could "Goraneeeeeeeee, run!" (Goran - name in nominative, but in vocative in Serbian language, proper suffix is added to the end of the calling subject, so in Serbian, calling for John would sound Johne - suffix E read as first letter of Eddie)... So after he called the Goran, his heart failed and he dropped dead, while Goran escaped and told this story. -Mine grandpa on his way home by foot, was called by his name three times, but after he mentioned Lord Jesus, nothing similar ever happened again in his life -A couple, even older than my grandparents in their time, were going home at night, by horse carriage. In the midway, horses stopped right before small water stream, and in no second, they acted like something is choking them... Horses couldn't make a single step forwards nor backwards... Like they were stuck in quicksand.. His wife started panicking after voice called her name. Old man remembered to cross like a Christians do, and he repeated it 3 times, horses continued in the moment he crossed and mentioned Lord. -There is also phenomenon called OMAJA(read OMAYA). It's delusion force, also found far from civilization, that can make person disoriented, usually go in circles until the dawn: It's not strange that people in those times usually went by foot, since having horse wasn't cheap. One night, a man on his way home heard some joy in the distance, like a lot of people celebrating and cheering. There was music playing(ofc folklore live music), giant table with various of food and drinks. It looked so happy atmosphere, probably wedding joy. Ofc, it was tradition for stranger to stop by and get some snack and booze. They hosted him kindly, serving food and drinks. There's tradition even present today, in such situation to cheer with the head of the house. Also when we cheer, we always do cross saying: Lord God, help us. So in the moment when lost men cheered and mentioned God, everything disappeared, the people, the food, the table, everything! And in the second, he realized he was on the edge of cliff, with one leg about make step over the edge. Like if he took drink and didn't mentioned Lord, he'd probably end down the cliff. My father (may his soul rest) said he was going to his aunt, the village next to ours, but it's separated with uninhabited lands - miles wide area of forests and the farm fields(here farming is decentralized, like fields aren't strictly tied to farm, but more likely few miles away, so village has homes grouped in the one area, and the fields are far from inhabited zone, ik it sucks and there are exceptions tho). So in order to go there he has to drive thru fields and forest and it usually would take him around 20 minutes, but this time he missed few paths, and he said it felt like he was driving almost for an hour. He left home at 8pm, and night was approaching. Next what happens is he approaches with his car, and the house of his aunt had all lights switched off. It was strange since he announced his arrival. Knocked the door, and after minute or two, his aunt opens the doors, dressed in a nightgown, in sleepy mood asked him why he came this late. When he asked about time, she said it was 2'o clock after midnight. There are so much stories I can write, but this is enough for someone to think there's something. In every region of Serbia you'll hear similar stories, especially in rural areas. It's interesting that these days, some people will laugh at it, and some people will just cross saying _God, please don't let such a situation_ . I believe there's something people from that times knew much much more about something the majority doesn't pay attention today.

I'm from Macedonia and I remember one story that my passed away grandpa used to tell me about his paranormal encounter when he was a young man. When he was young I don't remember really where he was headed but he decided at one point to take a nap under few trees with a shade and he says he got visited up by a Vila (fairy) in his dream and she gave him a dare that he couldn't run through one side of the forest to the other one by the time the sun would set or he would never ever wake up from his sleep. When he woke up he, he woke up at completely another place from where he initially decided to take a nap without his shoes and his legs and feet bloodied up and with bruises.

That creature that attacked your camera, I'm pretty sure that was a buck in rut. In rut season they attack anything and everything - moon hits the lens just right? Deer thinks its eyes or something and attacks. They're pure rage and become hyper aggressive. My parents used to have a pet deer, rescued a baby, and raised it. Thier two llamas thought it was their baby. He became a large buck and at age 4 he suddenly became viscious and tried to kill the llama and my mom. He made that exact same sound - the deep, unearthly growl. Another wild buck was seen last year roaming the woods doing the same thing. Just so you know! I don't doubt something is strange in those lands, but pretty sure a mad buck attacked your camera.

If this is legit some paranormal activity, then you definitely need to get you some items/artifacts to protect yourself. Sage, crystals, etc. Contact other paranormal investigators to see if they might be interested in further helping you investigate whats going on. But yeah if this is legit something paranormal definitely get you some artifacts of protection. Because if its pretending to be a child to draw you closer to it then its got you pinned as a target for sure.

My sister-in-law house looks over a big canyon. They have a trail that leads into the canyon behind their house. Her daughter and four big dogs used to go into the canyon for walks. She was looking through her binoculars while in the canyon once when she saw acoss the way a tall ugly thing and swears the eyes looked red. It was quite far from them and it started coming toward her. She started running back up the hill to their house. Even the dogs ran like something was chasing them. She said it almost caught up to her when she almost reached the top. She said she could hear it. Til this day she will not go in the canyon and switched bedrooms where her bedroom is not facing the canyon. She will not stay by herself at home. The elders used to talk about others who saw it and would tell the young ones to stay out of the canyon.
