It's because the stories fascinate him so much, more than likely tied to his experience as a teen. I had similar experiences, not the same lol but really makes a person question reality and question everything that's mysterious or puzzling. It becomes a journey to understand these things better. And it becomes quite clear things that are taught to us as certain just aren't what they seem. It becomes clear that even the experts at times have no real idea of what they're talking about. From my research years ago into a lot of stories hes told just in the past few months are exactly what I've found in my extensive research. To note, he doesn't add anything to these stories, in fact he actually leaves details out, but it may be more due to the sheer amount of details some of these stories contain, that and time he actually has lol.

Angela another good listen is Alan Watts with fabulous vocal tones. Either to chill step many other genres or straight lecture. Thoughtful, funny, metaphorical & great fruit for thought & amusement. Stay cool enjoy life, laugh as often as possible. Good drink to boast Market stall or super to buy. Keep them in the brown bag plastic makes it sweat. Ginger root (blood pressure, digestion) Turmeric root ( natural anti inflammatory ) Thumb size or fits the pot to boil up. Use potato peeler 👍🏽 Either boil kettle or use filter/bottled water. Add water to ingredients, boil with lid on & turn off heat when proper boiling add half teaspoon of black pepper which will speed the good stuff. Lemon skin the rind Couple of garlic gloves ( natural antibiotic ) Stir. Rest so infuses for 10minutes with lid on. Add honey to taste 👍🏽 If big pot used then hot or cold good with slight kick from ginger & black pepper. 2nd use can add green or flavoured teabag Or fresh bay leaf or what you think. Better than tea all day & helping. 💥

A bunch of random noises, random floating lights and there was creek close to them. They all saw random lights flying into this creek and disappearing. The most creepy but coolest part was when they were all driving in the rig truck they saw the biggest wolf they have ever seen and it was bright white and it stopped in the middle of the road, and it stopped stared for a minute then walked off into the trees and disappeared. Of course he's going 60+ mph so he didn't see it in detail but swore that's what he saw. My other buddy, who's Navajo, said with all sincerity "you saw a skinwalker." I never thought much about it until watching this. Come to find out the area we were working in, Vernal Utah, is less than an hour from Ballard UT where the ranch is located.

Years ago friend of mine and I were driving home late after a night at a friend's. About maybe 2 or 3 in the morning. We're on this country road about to turn left when we see all this cattle on someone's property. As I'm turning I swear I see a wolf like person, brown, about 6 or 7 feet what looked like about to pounce on a cow. I didn't think anything of it cos I was tired and thinking my brain was playing tricks on me but a few miles down the road I say to my friend " am I trippin?or did I just see like a werewolf or something? " very nervously my friend says yeahhh, what the fuck was that? The next day I told my friend who lives out there and he says that on some nights he would hear loud growls and snarls come up around the house and property. Who knows? I know what I saw and honestly it looked like the cover to the game altered beast.

i believe you. i never really believed in monsters/skin walkers until i saw one. I live on a small island in Greece that has a population of around 3000 people. I was 17 when i first saw a skin walker. it was around 11:30 pm and i was riding my bike with my friend to get to the supermarket before it closed. it would usually close at around 12 and it was about 3km away. we were in a hurry to get there. We were going down this dirt road that was only lit by a couple of street light, when all of a sudden i passed a little slip road on my right and i saw a white figure standing on 4 legs. we immediately stopped our bikes and just stared at it. it stared back for about 2 seconds and ran off into the dark forest where the sliproad leads. my friend and i were shocked as we'd never seen anything like this before. No one believed us when we told our story but luckily for us, it had rained recently and i managed to get a picture of its paw print in the dirt. it appeared to only have 3 toes and large claws as you could see dotted marks about an inch above the footprint. As i said, i live on an island in Greece. the closest thing we have to wild animals are mountain goats but this one was completely hairless and its back wasn't straight, it was hunched (like if a human walked on all fours).

You can pay for a guided tour deep into the desert where the normal tours don't go where amazing things exist I never knew of while the driver tells stories of all the inhabitants history like the Pueblo and Anazazi. We saw petro glyphs and old villages in the rocks even wild packs of horses. Some people still live there that don't allow pictures of their land as you are driven through and you'd best not snap one. They have a great sense of humor and make beautiful blankets and jewelry there. Thank you for your big magic I can't wait to go back for more visits it's another world.

I had my dog Tedi with me, I was armed and we were ready for a 30 min walk. Anyways, while we were walking up this hill I get this eerie feeling, the atmosphere felt dark and I kept looking around. My dog hasn't alerted anything so I think I'm fine but once we get up top on this hill, Tedi suddenly starts running circle's around me. I'm like ok, then I hear a baby crying/woman screaming all around me. This is desert scenery so I can see all around me, I didn't see anyone. he thought the government was doing the stuff at first, he went there to cause enough curiosity to get people asking questions and hoped the government would stop when a little light was shown. he said he thought they were doing tests and any attention he brought would make them stop before things they were doing discovered. its not a bad idea when looked at this way, IMO. he couldnt just call the army base that is close to there and say stop.

You also don’t want to deceive the next buyer about the property, just for morality’s sake. Imagine the next owner buys it, not knowing, and is killed by a giant wolf creature. The prior owner would be partially responsible for the new owner’s untimely demise because of not warning the new owner.
@tazhienunurbusinezz17033 жыл бұрын
When you sell any real estate that you have lived in, you have to fill out a contract called a disclosure agreement. You must disclose everything wrong with the property & fill it out on this agreement. If you do not do this correctly & honestly, the buyers can sue you & they will almost always win if they can prove that you either knew or should have known that whatever it is was an ongoing issue. The only times a disclosure agreement wouldn't be required is if the person selling the property hasn't lived in the home themselves & wouldn't reasonably be expected to know the potential flaws of said property, like in the case of an inherited property that you sell without moving in or one you are selling as part of an estate of a deceased person as executor of their will. Usually the things required on a disclosure agreement are things like roof leaks, broken appliances & most other things that would reasonably effect what is known as "enjoyment of the property" for the people who purchased it. In this specific case, I'd expect that a buyer who wants to move out would try sue to get out from under their mortgage if they purchased the property without the owner disclosing these issues that they were having with the surrounding predatory animals/entities. It's less clear if they would win in a case like this but, when they have nothing more to lose, they may try do so anyway & cost the previous owners a bunch of money trying to defend against a lawsuit. It would be a dumb thing to do considering that there are people who seek out so called haunted or paranormal properties to purchase because they are interested in those things. He would need to find a buyer out of those kinds of people. He did the exact right thing to protect himself & his family's financial future by ensuring someone isn't coming after him to try get their money back later. If it's in the news & on that disclosure agreement that the buyers signed that they absolutely read, a suit brought on by the buyers is going to be unsuccessful & end very quickly. (Source: worked many years for a real estate firm where I was responsible for getting buyers to read the disclosure agreement, acknowledge the issues the property has & have them sign off that they understand those issues. They then get to decide if they are okay with taking on those issues themselves or if they want to add having the owners fix them to their purchase agreement, keeping in mind that, if it's a sellers market, it will make their offer WAY less attractive, even if it's a higher offer. If they have multiple offers, the sellers will likely choose an offer that doesn't require them to fix the disclosed issues.)

Really you don't get scared of a scary movie because you know it won't happen, because it's obviously a movie, but when you watch something that is related to real life situations, you get scared more, because it actually happened

I have a theory about the horrible smell they smelled when the giant wolf was near. Every time Ballen described the odor, I was stricken by the specific words he used because they’re so close to my (fairly common) post-COVID condition. Basically, months after my taste and smell came 80% back, I was suddenly assaulted by this horrible default scent when faced with everyday things - scrambled eggs, paper, brisket, car exhaust, sewage - they all smell the same. Like “chemicals,” “rotten,” and “metallic.” I remember how sewage should smell, but it has this new smell now because my nerves were basically damaged/wiped out, and they don’t remember how to interpret the smells. I bet the smell of the wolf is because it’s a completely new, unidentified foreign entity, and the body is trying to warn you that it doesn’t recognize it - so whatever it is, stay away. Like your eyes trying to see a new/nonexistent color.
@johnnybutler44652 жыл бұрын
I don't have a theory about the wolf smell, however your comments about your post-Covid condition inspired this reply. 5 years ago I contracted mold sickness. My house was built in 1900, so when I had some water damage I got black mold in my house, and ultimately in my lungs. I've been allergic to penicillin since I was a child and mold sickness is worse if you're already allergic to the fungus that penicillin is derived from. To put it mildly, it absolutely destroyed my life for 2 and 1/2 years. I had visual and olfactory hallucinations for about 2 years straight. The two worst parts were the initial sickness before we figured out what it was, and the parosmia, the distortion of taste and smell, usually coupled with everyday items smelling rotten or putrid. Along with the visual hallucinations I thought I was having onset schizophrenia or some similar horribly life-damaging mental illness. One of the most bizarre difficulties was being able to smell water, and it smelled bad. Almost any water too. Unimaginable as it is to me now, I actually went 1 and 1/2 years without a bath or shower. The smell of water, along with most things but to a slightly lesser degree, was so bad I couldn't bear the smell. Also, driving was often very difficult because it seemed like any pollutants in the air often smelled so bad and strong that it would make me physically ill, dizzy, nauseous, and often cause panic attacks. Cheese, butter, and several other foods that I used to love still smell/taste bad to me 2 and 1/2 years after considering myself to be basically over the sickness. One very disturbing detail about the parosmia was that I could smell nearly anything from a mile away and it all smelled bad, often like garbage, feces, and/or smoke. And strangely, I could smell the different colors of Legos. I'm a toy designer and do many original Lego creations. And to this day I can tell you what color a Lego piece is just by smelling it. Parosmia is no joke. I'm terribly sorry that you had the condition, and Covid but glad that you are better now. But please do count your blessings. It could have been far, far worse. Several of my close friends still don't understand how bad it was and just don't understand when I state that it destroyed my life. Sorry, I guess I just wanted to share this with someone who has some perspective on parosmia.
@gnarthdarkanen74642 жыл бұрын
With the reports of various items and structures being strongly magnetized... I have to wonder if there's a magnetic anomaly of sorts that could cause nerve damage... It doesn't have to cause a lot, and exposed sites might be "shorted out" to enough of a degree for Parosmia... or similar... One might argue that this kind of thing should also cause tingling or "pins and needles" since the skin is exposed... AND it might be that whatever EMF is going on is low-key enough that skin could protect against it, much like alpha radiation, OR that the olfactory receptors are particularly susceptible for being involved in the upper mucus membranes... rather like you can touch a 9-volt battery anywhere and get nothing... BUT against your tongue (mucus membrane) you get a significant "zing"... It could also be carried by some particulate caught in the wind... not exactly a spore or other "known common material" we'd be technologically equipped to test for... BUT capable of "infecting" an unsuspecting individual, at least for short periods... Nerves might not run outright on electricity, but they ARE electrochemical... and that can be susceptible to electromagnetism... just not necessarily in a predictable way... ;o)

I have a different theory. I won't get into detail but I had lived in a house that was previously a funeral home. Constantly would smell like rotten meat, the meat products we got (steaks ect) would go bad very quickly. The smell is associated with demonic entities or demons. Later we would notice the smell when paranormal things would happen

Super bizarre and freaky. Once the sun came up we got the hell out of there.

You do tell stories very well. Even though I've heard not only their story but the people who lived there before. I even got close-ups of where the dogs had been chained and it looked like the dogs were now part of dead trees that were living there! I'm talking about the dogs that went missing from the lighter chains that had been broken there before and had been broken like they were swing set chains The dogs were never found but I think something morphed them into the tree trunks that were laying there. You could even see parts of the chain that were still attached to the dog's collars!

I remember hearing skin walkers walking outside making grunting noises, my grandparents would cover our mouths to keep us from crying or screaming. My grandma called me to a window and I peered outside and there was a creature walking on 2 legs like a human but the upper body was that of a coyote, what made it even more terrifying was that we lived right next to the cemetery. The next day my grandparents told us the story of the skin walkers. We would play in the cemetery during the day but we were called in when the sun went down, the skin walker would show up on random days and around 10 pm, other's on the reservation also saw them even the men were afraid of them, we just stayed very quiet and still until they went on their way.

This story is so interesting to me because my dad grew up in the four corners area in New Mexico on the Navajo reservation, being part Navajo I grew up to stories like these and was honestly very hesitant on listening to this one because skinwalkers are very frightening to me. I also would visit my family on the reservations and it was honestly beautiful but scary it’s so dark out you can’t even see your hand in front of your face. But you can always hear movement. My dad use to talk about lights that he would see in the trees and he and his brothers would huddle together at night while my grandparents were gone and they would hear what they described as monsters running around the house and banging on doors and looking threw windows all night.

@@elizabethpadilla3286 I’m honestly fascinated by Native American lore: how do the Navajo describe protecting against skinwalkers/getting rid of them? Just wondering if something could’ve been done.
@macwinter7101 Жыл бұрын
@@nomollyshere Most people, whether they realize it or not, have spirit helpers that protect them. And when shamans do healing rituals, they communicate with these helping spirits. However, many people have no contact with their spirit helpers because they are spiritually blind. The best way to protect oneself from evil spirits and people is to establish a relationship with your spirit helpers and ask them for protection whenever you feel unsafe. Sandra Ingerman has written many helpful books about establishing relationships with your spirit helpers. The best part is that Sandra describes the practices of core shamanism, which incorporates the shared practices of shamanic traditions across the globe, from the Druids, the Australian Aborigines, and the Indigenous Americans, which avoids taking any single culture's spiritual identity. It's fascinating how traditional groups across the world all practiced essentially the same traditions, which suggest there is truth to it. I recommend "Awakening to The Spirit World" by Sandra Ingerman. However, since very few westerners actually practice any form of sorcery, good or bad, given that all their sorcerers were killed during centuries of witch hunts in Europe following the spread of christianity, chances are you won't find any skin walkers in your daily world unless you go to parts of the world that still practice traditional spirituality. Werewolves are essentially the European equivalent of skin walkers, and if you go to Eastern Europe and Russia, where some groups have preserved their traditions, you may still encounter them, otherwise you probably don't need to worry about protecting yourself from malevolent spiritual practitioners.
