Ahmed Sarkar This what you don’t understand. Once world had gold and silver money and labour paid by gold and silver. American -British -Bangladeshi-Saudi would get same salary in gold or silver. The monetary system was created to devalue other currencies than western currencies. So, Britain can print paper money as much as they want but when Bangladesh print same paper money that don’t get the same value. The problem was created by Monetary system to enslave. And the world accepted the slavery by accepting the monetary system. With this system Britain comes to Bangladesh and pays very little for clothings because British citizen would not work for the very little salary. When a slave keep working for slave salary the slave owner would never change the salary. That’s why slave master created situation so with naked eyes it looks like Bangladeshi people need job to support their family otherwise they will die. Condition will never change if you can’t find out the slave master’s plan.

Western corrupt billionaires taking advantage of cheap workers. Why are most of them women? Because they are cheaper than male workers. Women are not supposed to provide for family. And no originality either from countries like Bangladesh. Third world country, third world thinking.

@inzihaq2012
@inzihaq2012 4 жыл бұрын
@@Pagalchhagal You do understand that without those Western corrupt billionaires these people would not have an income and would still be in extreme poverty. Most of them are women, if I had to guess, because making clothes is probably stereo-typically a women's job. Why are most miners and farmers Men? Because they are cheaper than Women workers? "Women are not supposed to provide for family" take that up with the feminists. It is simple supply and demand. If labour force doubles wages will go down. You cannot survive in most countries on a single income because of that. "Third world country, third world thinking", rhyming things won't make it make sense. That third world thinking has gotten millions out of extreme poverty in recent years. Don't be so blinded by ideology and feelings. The fact that you are on the internet, leads me to assume you are richer than probably 50% of Bangladeshis. Just because your life won't improve working under those conditions for those wages does not mean the same for everyone.
@Pagalchhagal
@Pagalchhagal 4 жыл бұрын
@@inzihaq2012 You're saying as if we were dying before we started making clothes for foreigners. There is no traditional stereotype that women make clothes. If it's a trade, it's a man's domain, and if it's on a subsistence scale, women get involved or lead that work, whether it's cooking or making clothes. The darzi (tailor) occupation is associated with males as a result. There is an obvious push of feminist agenda from both western for profit and non-profit orgs. It's for ideological reasons as well as for purely capitalist ones. Your analogy with almost all trades being traditionally been male dominated is laughable. Men needed to provide for the wife and kids, so where there was an economy, there was men.
@Pagalchhagal
@Pagalchhagal 4 жыл бұрын
@@inzihaq2012 It's exactly your type of thinking that causes poverty and famines. Learn why famines and famine-induced plagues happened in British colonial period in our country. It's because of the destruction of the traditional economy, that would make us incapable of depending on ourselves. You yourself are alluding to this dependency on an alien market faraway. You want us to be at the mercy of western institutions, their ideologies, their politics. What happens when a government elected by the people possesses an ideology those western institutions oppose? What happens when a western government imposes sanctions? Those corporations had no problem laying off tens of thousands of workers in their native countries denying them a means to earn their living. You think they would act more benevolently when sourcing from a third world country? Whatever you do our primary focus has to be building our traditional economy and creating value internationally. This western sweat shop model and thinking it's some kind of economic white knight contains a naive third world way of thinking ignorant of way too many dangers

She is right, Automation ptoduces Jobs too, but number is lower and more skilled in nature. thats why better education institutes + Population control law is required for countries like Bangladesh, India, Pakistan etc
@ehitkarim1913
@ehitkarim1913 3 жыл бұрын
Bangladesh already has a relatively low birth for years. Better educational institutes do not spawn out of nowhere. Government needs higher tax revenue to build those, which comes from a growing economy. Countries like Bangladesh just need to buy some time before it can develop and have all those high quality learning institutes.

You are partially right....That thing stopped decades ago..... We refused to take further actions on Taliban on American behalf and also we didn't take part in War in Yemen.... They did that out of economic vulnerability... Now there is a civilian government in charge for past 15 years so it doesnt happen any more.... So don't bring your indian ego and irrationality in this.

That Bangladeshi entrepreneur who wud rather stick with human labor over robots is more enlightened and empathetic than most capitalists in the West! He cud easily switch to robots to maximize productivity and profits, but he chooses not to. Despite of their disproportionate reliance on labor to make their billions, the capitalists still fuck their employees in every which way possible. Just imagine what's gonna happen to the vast majority of semi to low skilled individuals with the mainstreaming of robots across all the workplaces 😱 At the end, it's gonna be an Elysium situation where the only employment humans will find is to build, operate and maintain the very robots that have replaced them, while the rich get exponentially richer and reside in their "castles in the heavens" 😐
