Is he using nylon strings or a combination of both? I can't seem to figure it out!
@ShanghaiJazzVideos6 жыл бұрын
Hey Stefan, it's Gene, the videographer who recorded the video. My guess is 100% metal strings based on the camera closeup and tinny high notes in the audio. You can try messaging Olli via facebook. In the meantime, I found this guitar craftsman recommended on his website: www.ajl-guitars.com/guitar-gypsy_guitars.php

@@ShanghaiJazzVideos The sound of the low notes is really round and soft for metal strings, and I thought with the headstock style of the gypsy guitars you could use both kinds of strings. It would be an interesting combination in my opinion and though only good musicians(not me tough, not trying to brag) like Olli would think of this.

Most guitarists playing jazz manouche use strings that are silver-plated copper windings with a steel core

It is time to get right with Jesus. You aren’t going to automatically enter into heaven if you have lied or stolen or had premarital sex. Even one of those makes you worthy of hell fire. Don’t deceive yourself! The punishment of sin is hell fire. Jesus died so you can get a clean slate and forgiveness of a future sin when we confess it. When you start to follow him you have to strive to obey what he commands. No one will enter heaven without the blood of Jesus over you. No other way but through Jesus.
