THANK YOU! I ordered a pair of the Red Wing Work Chukka as a change from my usual boots and was starting to get buyer's remorse. Your shots with these Chukkas and your raws sold me all over again. Great looking casual boot. Manly with a touch of elegance.

When tying shoe laces, if after the knot you go under and over, not over and under, with your left hand end of lace ---or over and under if keeping the end of lace with the right hand--- then you get horisontal loops instead of vertical loops.

Ive just recieved the Golden fox chukka workboot in tan but apparently made in china and can tell you the US made ones are identical in every detail apart from the leather strip where the sole meets the welt.Superb quality and on a par with my Redwings.

On of the issues I have with these it that they have a poron insole rather than a solid leather one in RW, I think it makes a big difference in the long term

I use my own orthotic insole as I'm a bit flat footed anyway so doesn't really apply but love ur channel quite addictive really and expensive ! 😆. some of my raw denim is so raw it chaffs.Are you a Devon boy then?

Golden fox makes decent boots for the price. I picked up a few pairs the moc toes based off your review. they are doing well. they do have a very nice wedge material. wears well. gets dirty but thats the nature of the beast. These have an interesting sole, the moc toe soles are pretty useless, I Upgraded those quickly. Im not a huge fan of the looks on these especially in that leather color. probably when you oil them up , they would look much better. looking forward to the next video on these after they are oiled.

I've been looking at pictures of these on Golden fox's site and man, are they a beauty of a boot. I own the Red Wing version and I will say, these look nicer. Good choice.
