I have a similar set up on my Gen 1 with the Greddy RS single exit and it took a little while for me to get used to how loud it is but once you do its really not so bad. I normally drive it pretty light footed and keep it under 4000 RPM. I have driven near cops as well and they don't bother me at all, I think the subbie rumble really helps with making the loudness of the car more tolerable. If it sounded like a fart can civic they would probably get annoyed and pull you over for sure. Love your Gen2 mate and you made a great choice with the white it looks so clean!

I finally caved and bought a Tomei 80r today for my turbo BRZ after watching your videos. It’s honestly been my dream exhaust for a minute, so stoked to be LOUD AF! Also subbed :D

I’m all for the rumble man!! It sounds amazing if you want to quite it down just a little get the silencer for the Tomei. That would help with cold starts and the rasp at the top of your rpm

A turbo will quiet it down a little bit not too much noise. I think an SC kit would be best for this car with the mountains in AZ. Wouldn’t have to keep RPMs high to stay in boost. When you get a chance hit up the salt canyon going towards pine top. Beautiful drive. I can show you when my 86 comes if it ever does.

Yeah probably too loud. I’m older and already learned these lessons. Too each there own, what ever you like is best. To me I like to hear it when I’m in the throttle but relatively quite when not. My loudest car was a C5 Z06 that was basically straight piped. Wife wouldn’t get in it.
