Very good! Loved your instructions. A few hints to something already excellent from a necktie affinicado 1. use silk as the main material. Silk drapes well and is so loyal to a good looking windsor knot. 2. if you can embroid your own message on the loop at the back, e.g. the initials of the person receiving the tie or your own message 3. use very thin polyester for the loop instead of the tape shown here. It should complement the luxury feel of the main material Thank you, Dana, an excellent video.

I made a headband using this "necktie technique." I wanted my headband to have clean points on both ends. I only used about 3 inches of extra fabric beyond the points of my fabric. It totally worked. I used a red buffalo cotton on the outside and green buffalo cotton fabric for the inside lining. It's beautiful. I just wanted to say thank you for your videos. They are easy to understand and applicable to more than the exact items you sew.
