Yes hi, my controversial opinion is: don't get a nose job! Your nose has so much character, it's unique, you're absolutely beautiful and your nose contributes to your beauty. You're not beautiful "despite it", it adds to it. I have a bigger and crooked nose myself and luckily came to terms with it and learned to embrace it. Social media etc are telling us that we have to look a certain way and everyone's getting plastic surgery and like... If you're gonna do it, just be sure that it's really you who wants it and not our society's impossible beauty standards whispering in your ear. And they won't stop, because there's a 50+ BILLION DOLLAR industry profiting off of our manufactured insecurities. And seriously, fuck that. So obviously I don't wanna tell you what to do, I just see all these girls basically getting the same nose. If they're really happy with it, good for them, great. But then I see this monster of an industry and all these beautiful people who were made to feel like they weren't beautiful enough, and I guess I decided to love my nose out of spite. Fucking love every inch of you out of spite. That's what I want to say with this longass comment, I guess lol

I was a year older than Madeline Mcann and I remember going on holiday to Spain and seeing pictures of her everywhere saying “have you see this girl” it was so weird but my parents weren’t v worried cos they were like “ why tf would you leave your kids by themselves to go out to dinner ? Especially if you don’t know the place ? And why would you wash her favourite toy straight after she disappeared?’ My parents always thought her parents were sketchy

MADELINE MCCANN: I came to the conclusion she absolutely was abducted into the sex industry because I watched literally everything about the case ever ever made and it makes COMPLETE sense that she was taken giving all the surrounding evidence/information of the case and I’m pretty knowledgeable about forensic science too because it really interests me so having that knowledge helped me to conclude ❤️

Just gonna reply with my OpiNiOnS for the hell of it lol. I hate true crime stuff because it gives me such bad paranoia, working in social services was so eye opening and things stop being fascinating coz shit is so real, you know?? Like when you've been to multiple housing estates that have been on the news for stabbings you just go actually, I want to snuggle up with something PG now. Having said that though, I'm wondering if you've heard of William Tyrell, similar story to Maddy you might find interesting! I hadn't heard that story about the eye sis gal, I just did a quick read about her, she doesn't seem... right. She's saying on one hand things weren't that bad but somehow she lost 3 babies to malnutrition or illness? Is she lying to herself and in denial to avoid some sort of nervous breakdown or does she just 100% support them no matter the cost? And how is anyone meant to tell the truth? I have to agree with you about going back to England. Was going to say I don't think you can be undertaking cultural appropriation when you've literally been invited to a cultural wedding and given appropriate attire by a member of that culture, it's not like you walk around in those clothes in other situations. It was so cute hearing how Dylan's mum came to all your appointments. Do you think if you did anything to upset anyone they would feel comfortable to tell you or tell Dylan so he could tell you? Coz that's all that matters. I would love to see a video about how you & Dylan work around having different cultures, not because it's like the 1950's and ooooh taboo, just would find it interesting! On this, but side stepping, I have a Henna tattoo that is permanent which I commissioned by one of my former Indian colleagues who did Henna a few years ago, and I was talking to my hairdresser about it who is also Indian because I said I wasn't sure if it was appropriate of me in hindsight. She said it's for celebration & everyday is a celebration which was very gracious of her. Even permanent tattoo in general is cultural appropriation from what I can tell because it's meant to signify different things to different cultural groups, e.g. Maori people do tā moko (and can only be done on and by Maori people) & that history is looooong. My understanding of this stuff from all of this is really that we should know where things come from and why, not take anything sacred from other cultures physically or metaphorically for our own gain, and not do things in a mocking way or a way that steals credit where credit is due. I try to stick by that ❤ I would get plastic surgery if I could too lol. But at the same time, I think the world would be a much better place if the only people who could get it were people who were born or became disfigured so they can appear 'normal' and have quality of life.
