Honestly Maddie, in my opinion, IG has become a platform for advertising, whether a well known brand or a small entrepreneur. Also, a lot of the the influencers have little credibility, as they have very little knowledge about what they're promoting...it's often a riff on what someone else has done or based on their own opinion. KZbin ,depending on your interests can provide a lot of meaningful ,thoughtful content.I follow a lot of maker podcasts,health care providers, literary readers etc.and I learn a lot..so keep on being Maddie!

Absolutely love Q & A. All the range is amazing and it really does improve your skin. I have always spent a fortune on my skin but this is so reasonably priced from Holland & Barrett and everyone now comments on how good my skin looks. I can see and feel the difference. Everyone should try it.

The squash you had is called a Hokkaido pumpkin (sometimes also called Red Kuri). Actually the skin is the very best part. Its super nutty and just melts in your mouth. Not to be thrown away next time!

I haven’t been on IG for 4yrs now. I don’t like the IG vibe myself. I love long form content with a variety of things happening in the video. Absolutely love these longer videos. For eyebrows you can buy a kit to laminate at home and it's super easy and super cheap. That way you won't have them over waxing

This was a fun Vlog. I especially enjoyed watching you make a margarita; so relatable & funny. I mostly follow artists, gardening & cooking on IG because most of the rest seems super sales focused. That said, you have so much in your vlogs that you could get 3-5 shorts & several IG reels from each Vlog. I often find people while scrolling on IG, then I recognize them whilst scrolling shorts on YT and if what I’m seeing resonates with me I check out a few of their longer videos to decide if I want to follow them there. If you are true to yourself, that combined with your aesthetic & varied content will provide you with abundant content 🥰

A skinny margarita is one with agave instead of simple syrup. It's a reference to the sugar used. A gross name, as it implies you should replace sugar water with agave to be skinny rather than because it's healthier.
