Got an airfryer two years ago for christmas and it tbh opened up more options to cook for me, I make more different foods compared to in before as I am cooking for myself alone turning on the oven for like Fries/Chips was ... nah, it would take forever and the small amount I needed wouldn't get crispy :/ now I just cut 2 big potatoes and toss them in the airfryer for 20 minutes and have my fries. There is still food I enjoy more when it's made in the oven and some are just not working in the airfryer. But like, toasting up some frozen buns? 10 Minutes in the airfryer and they are like freshly baked.

In Sweden, I don’t think we do stockings, not my family anyway. We got one present in the morning to keep us occupied during the day, it was cartoons at 3pm then dinner then we opened presents. Now we sometimes open presents before cartoons ☺️ depends on when someone can come and be Santa for my nephew and niece! We play board games and have dessert in the evening.

My wife really loves the recipes you share. She also often asks for advice from nutrition experts through Strong Body, and they really like them too. Thank you for the helpful information!

It's nice to see Zeus. I'm between books at the moment. But for books that are great on audio id recommend Ann patchetts Dutch house, read by Tom Hanks. Or Tom Lake ((same author) read by Meryl Streep. 📚

Can i do the same with leftover stale crackers and veg instead of pastry? I mean, reconstitute the crackers into a dough like substance? Ive got one sweet potato, two carrots 🥕, an onion, some garlic. No cheese, unfortunately 😕. Thank God it's only me to fed.

I'm catching up on videos now before the christmas obligations hit and i really want to try to make sticky toffee pudding, thank you for the recipe. And I feel you on needing rest, I do enjoy watching your videos you calm me down that's why I saved up a couple of videos to watch now. And wow its quite hard to tell what I like about myself as I am in a not good place right now and actually dislike almost everything. Guess the best thing is that I don't actually give up and keep on going, even if it's with going to bed earlier or crying a lot, I don't throw the towel.

Air fryers are great! I once also used to love spending time making elaborate dinners but now I am a working mum, I just don’t have the time.An air fryer is a godsend, plus saves electricity when wanting to whip up something quick. I love your vegan recipes Madeline but would love quick air fryer compatible ones even more! 🥰

Lost my earlier message😥. So, as a child, my brothers and I received three gifts: a toy, PJs, and a book or game. My Mother said that if three gifts were good enough for baby Jesus, it should be good enough for us. Our Dad would make us BLTs for breakfast and we'd go to church with our Mom. He also would make our dinner to give my Mom a rest. Loved your Vlogmas this year. May you have a wonderful Christmas with your families.🎄💙🎄

My best friend is vegan. My first meal out with her after she became vegan was at a yum cha restaurant. I loved it and have never been afraid to eat vegan food as a result. Merry Christmas. Enjoy you well-earned break.

Yes, The Salt Path is wonderful! Both devastating and life affirming and a great way to vicariously experience the wildness of the coast. Loving your Vlogmas ❤ Lovely to see both of you enjoying the season and having a laugh together.

I finally caught up! Like I said previously, your vlogmas is one of the ones I look forward to the most every year. This one has been my favorite by far! So cozy, fun, and relaxed. I hope that others are loving it as much as I have. I love all of your content but this just goes to show that most of us come here for your personality, not necessarily more structured content. I hope that lets you feel that you can relax and cut yourself some slack. That's not a criticism of your other content by any means, just a reminder to be kind to yourself in the future, if you decide to do more of these relaxed style videos. Anyways, thanks for getting me through the holidays. MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU, ALEX, ZEUS, AND ROXY. Also, I forgot to say this on an earlier vlog: GET ALEX SOME SOCKS FOR CHRISTMAS 🤣

I'm still getting caught up on vlogmas lol. I'm born and raised in NYC! I always tell anyone when they ask, that the best time of year to visit is during the Holiday season...like between Thanksgiving and New Year's. The city is cold and the air is crisp. It's so festive and New Yorkers are "nicer" LOL. I hope one year you and Alex can come spend some of vlogmas here.

As a kid got up early like 2-3 am we would open our gifts then either our family or our friends (Elliott's) would make breakfast. Then we would go home take a nap then head off to our paternal grandparents house. When we're were in our 20's early 30's we went to my brother's house in morning to watch our nieces open gifts. Then after that (we never had children) my husband and I get up (me early) I prep for christmas breakfast when he gets up we open christmas presents while eating a few homemade christmas cookies then an hour or so later have breakfast (this year croissants, with vegan egg and bacon with hashbrowns.) Go visit my mother who is in nursing home then to my husband's family for dinner and drinks.
