To day I will be rambling about my drawing process and other thoughts I had while drawing Madeline Hatter! Like I say in the video, the animation in the show is so perky and pleasant to watch its hard to stop watching. And Maddie was my favorite character. The show almost convinced me to buy the doll. haha

Don't be ashamed of watching it! I don't like the dolls or that stuff but the art in the show is very.. New in ways and I do always want to draw somebody in the show! I do feel weird because I'm a it to old for it but the show does have a good story line

I've never seen the show but I do have the Raven Queen doll, since I collect Bratz dolls and she's just kind of my style and similar to the dolls I collect. The designs for all the characters seem thought through and intricate and I think the idea is really cute. Just like the drawing Waffles did! (Smooth transition go me)

I actually used to watch Ever After High! Completely forgot about it, but when I saw the title of the video I was like "Oh my God, it can't be Madeline Hatter from Ever After High, could it?" I was SO happy to see it was and that you actually watch it. Definitely planning to start watching it again! ^^

+Canaryko I agree about the facial shapes, it's to sell dolls and easier to make different characters for the show, but some diversity in body types and facial details would be nice. I know cerise's doll has a different kind of nose on her doll (which is beautiful on her)

Fun fact of the day: the name Mad Hatter comes from back in the day, hats had mercury in them, so the people who wore the hats, got dementia (lol did I spell it right?) so they were mad with dementia.
