She is not supposed to neglect her daughter. She is not supposed to allow her child to share a bed with an adult man that’s not her Dad. She is supposed to protect her daughter from harm imposed by another not allow it to go on and on and on and turn a blind eye and go to work all the time.

Jenn reminds me of my mother. My moms husbands SA me and i ran away because of it, i was a teen. im 29 now, just had a baby. i had nowhere to live so i moved in with her, couldnt keep that secret anymore. I told her what her husband did. instead of canceling him, she got a restraining order against me and evicted me. I promise, there are some real shitty mothers out there. When i was a kid, she would get upset when i called my dad, "dad". she said he wasnt a dad, but a sperm donor. id say the same for her. she let my body get used day in and day out, so she could keep her partner. shes not a mom, or a mother, but a egg donor. She was infatuated with this case, it sickens me. I brought this up to the judge, I feel like shes obsessed with Maddy's case, and whatever the defense for stephan/jenn use, shes gonna use. she is sick in the head.

I went for a hike with my dogs and one of them ran away to chase an armadillo. He was gone for only about 5 minutes. But during that time I was frantic and crying because I was worried about him. Jen hated her daughter because that beast was more interested in abusing Maddy than loving her. I believe she allowed it as punishment for Maddy and a way to keep that monster there.

Though, her demeanor is probably affected by anti-depressants, anti-anxiety medication she probably have been on for years. They don't target specific emotional state of being with precision. And that is also worth thinking of...had there been something specific to get to the emotional state she was seen to be needing these psych meds? Have she medicated away feeling that is seen as "bad" for they in extent can disturb our daily routines and "have to". While often these "bad" feelings should function as our inner alarm system, an alert there is something we must give extra attention to. And you see it in quite many cases where someone is accused to having killed the partner, the dead partner is described as unstable, having feeling bad and on psych meds for a long time. Which may be true, but with a good reason but unfortunately got the wrong solution (numbing the anxiety with psych meds instead of go away from a destructive relation). This not to bash psych meds as such a lot of people are helped by them with various disorders. It could be she's been on them for a long time thus being vulnerable to start with. If Stephan then is that dark triad type he would potentially be able to appear to be a guy who can provide a sense of safety that many women are attracted to. If looking at older pictures of them he's in good physical shape (they both look to have deteriorated rather quick though), having grown up at a farm so he's probably practical, handy and can fix things around the house. And he have worked at Disney, seemingly good with kids.

There has to be a reason for Stephen to have murdered Madeline that day. After years of getting away with abusing her, what made him hurt her that day...after her bday party...was Maddy going to out him? Did he accidentally kill her while abusing her? The more I see about this case, the more questions I have for the mom...imo I really think she became in competition with her daughter and resentment filled her. I believe that Stephen groomed both mom and Madeline so he could control things. Idk if mom was privy to what he was doing to Madeline bc she was too busy competing and working and bc Madeline was groomed to most likely think Stephen loved her and the only one who understood her, she kept quiet and all the red flags that Stephen presented were ignored. Very tragic case. I pray Madeline is in peace.

I heard you say earlier that mom can't be charged for allowing her daughter to sleep with Stephan Unless she knew something was happening. It's appalling to me that she couldn't be charged with at least negligence or neglect for allowing this behavior. That to me is crazy. Honestly, Vinnie , where is the justice for this child??? AND as far as the drive at 3am to the dump site, he wanted to see if her body was found, and he was driving by to see any police lights or commotion etc., THAT is why he drove there overnight- to check to see if she has been located. It's obvious! It's he same reason Kolberger drove by the campus house the next morning and the same reason why Wendy Adelson drove by Martels street- to check n the crime scene to see if it's been discovered yet. to the owner of the field... fortunately in this tragedy this gate was open and he had a flat tyres.....Because he put her there fast and she could be found quickly... as well as evidence on her. You can read in Madeline's eyes and face... that something Going on . She looks sad and suffering in there. That was my first thought when I saw the pictures and she was missing ...and Stern ...I watched his interviews and something made me feel extremely uncomfortable and creepy... I hope and im sure he never comes out ....i hope for the death penalty

👩🏽‍🦱 Has the female attorney on the panel lived underneath a rock?! She’s never seen child molestation and murder combined?! Well, most adults have, and there are plenty of those cases on KZbin. Her input to this case was off base, and I do not recall when I’ve ever yelled at the television, but I did today after she ended her introductory statements. Stephan Sterns acted alone in the murder of Madeline Soto, and Jenn Soto repeated to the police what Stephan told her, because she gave him undeserved trust. I’ve watched half of this video, and I do not want to hear from the female attorney again.
