I absolutely don’t believe he accidentally performed a factory reset on his phone. I think this guy is guilty and because he is in Florida,whether or not the state can prove he killed her he will likely get the death penalty for those photos. Those photos prove he misused his position of authority over her to commit child SA. He is eligible for the death penalty just based on that alone here in Florida. That all being said certain phones will factory reset if the wrong password is put in enough times. That is one instance in which your phone could factory reset without you wanting it to happen. As I said definitely don’t think that is what happened here but just thought you should know it does happen.

I am trying very hard not to victim blame but as a parent I just don't understand. How can a single woman allow a stranger to be in her home with her young child. In the few glimpses WE as an audience saw, he seems like such a creepo. Not only that, the mom is standing there COMFORTING HIM! SOOTHING HIM, her arms on him! Why!!!!? Instead of him comforting her when she was in camera, he was instead in the background cracking knuckles. But when he's on camera putting on a weird show, she's fully on him soothing him. I am in disbelief this mother trusted this weirdo around her daughter, and to be alone with her daughter for so long. Poor poor Madeline. She was never safe in that house. Single parents, please do better. This mom seemed to ignore all the red flags to keep her man. Because the mom has been making excuses and explaining a lot of stuff in her attempt to prove her bf is innocent. Going on record saying "we" dropped her off, when she knows she wasn't there. Going on the record and explaining what her dtr meant when she said she wanted to live in the woods. Having him on camera for interviews when he's just the boyfriend. All these cases have made me less forgiving of parents. We should all know better.
@Ontheroxxwithsalt8 ай бұрын
I'm sorry but the term "victim blame" is something that liberal bleeding hearts conjured up to use as a way to COMMAND the silence of any talk that criticizes criminal, animalistic, or degenerate behavior. They don't want dots to be connected. They don't want the obvious to be shared. They don't want you to believe what your eyes clearly see in front of you. The phrase victim blaming is another one of those completely subjective things that they use to control opinions and freedom of speech. As long as it's your opinions and speech. They can say whatever they want and if you don't like it, too bad. Anybody that thinks this is not the case let me give you a very recent and vile example. After Laken Riley was BRUTALIZED AND MURDERED by an illegal migrant one of the liberal leaders got on television and confronted all American citizens that showed anger against the man who committed the crime. She basically said that people have no right to be upset about a person who broke the law to come to America going and murdering somebody's hard working, contributing child because there are Americans who commit murders, also. So, feel FREE to give your opinion on this "mother" and all of the "mothers" (I prefer the term breeder) who put their vaginas before the lives of their flesh and blood. YES, they are wastes of oxygen.

Madeline's cellphone 📱 wasn't left at home by accident. I believe that her mom's boyfriend made her leave it behind. Her mom didn't seem to show much emotion for someone whose daughter is missing, and it's awkward that her mom's boyfriend was just standing behind her while she was answering questions during an interview. Parents need to do a better job of keeping their children safe. They're inviting evil 😈 into their homes. (You can't do a factory reset on your phone accidentally). You have to go through the settings in your phone to be able to do a factory reset. He knew what he was doing.. trying to erase everything in his phone.

Everyone needs to talk to their young children and let them know that it is not okay for ANYONE to touch them in their private areas. If they are old enough to wipe and bath themselves, only THEY should be touching those areas. Make them comfortable to come to you ASAP. Trust NO ONE. This is happening way too often.

I am not even Madeline's mum and I can see in the photos that there is something not right with this girl, parents stop choosing boyfriends/girlfriends over your children, and also tell your children that they can talk to you about anything and not be judged, let them know that you will always support them no matter what!!, so many creeps are targeting women with kids purposely to have access to the kids, how about you start putting your kids first before random men/ women.

If the school can prove that they sent that call to the mother, she knows more, and was trying to throw police off on the timeline! I’m telling you, my son’s middle school sends me an automated call and text as well as my husband if he is late or misses a single class in a day.

Another mother at that school has started an online petition demanding the school start sending morning notifications on absences. They teachers don’t have to have the roll call in to the from office until 3:30 pm. I think the mom was trying to protect her boyfriend, but she was telling the truth about that.

Our children's school the next county over (polk county) send a phone call that same period if our children miss and around 730am which school starts for high school at 7am, they call both our phones with an automated messages alerting us our child is absent. I’ve replied on a couple other people’s comments but I’m just so infuriated….why are these moms letting these losers into their homes with free access to their PRECIOUS CHILDREN. I can’t!! I have been a single mom to 2 girls (now 10&13) since I divorced my then husband nearly 8 years ago….i have never brought another man into our home. I’m not interested in dating at all…my sole focus is raising my daughters. I just cannot understand time and time and time again we see these sick men coming into these precious kids lives through their parent. But also… why tf do the courts continue to think these monsters deserve chance after chance….inknow in this case there were no priors but so many times there are. And it seems he was hurting her for some time. if a person is charged with a crime against a child, that’s it!!! They should be kept away from society forever! Our children are our most precious gifts, our future, THE future…why are we not protecting them at all costs!!!

I told my grandmother she told the girls parents, Her uncle was actually abusing her nobody knew until my grandmother said something he was arrested.. Prison justice does happen if men like this are put into general population. But much of the time they are kept in protective custody for that reason. 😕
@MarlinaPerkins8 ай бұрын
Prison justice is real. They will be abused everyday as soon as their charges are known to other prisoners. Prisons don't report inmate deaths or injuries bc it makes them look bad. The prison guards will not protect chomos (child molesters). Sometimes chomos are kept with similar criminals or transferred to protective custody away from inmates that want to kill them.
@Edelwiess10668 ай бұрын
Very rarely is there prison justice. They do get extorted while in there though. Other than being a cash cow for other inmates, there is really not a lot of blowback.

So if by his phone evidence it looks like the SA crimes were committed at their home, he was abusing her right under her mother’s nose. Why in the hell was he even left alone with her in the first place?? Why was he given enough access to her to where he was able to hurt her? The mom consoling him says a lot. She loved him more than her baby.

Reasons like this is why I stay single I have a young a daughter and I cannot stress enough communication communication communication pay attention to the signs pay attention to how your boyfriend's act around your children pay attention do not be afraid to ask your young daughters even boys but even more so young daughters if they feel comfortable around the men you bring around . And if you are on date sites never put that you have young children leave out that you have young children so they cannot be a Target that topic about someone's life can come in to the equation after you get to know somebody enough to then tell him but do not blast out you have young children We cannot 100 % say a stranger or a stepparent even biological parents wont do bad things but this situation is about a step parent or live in partner we have to pay attention to our kids in the behaviors of the people we let around our children

I live the next town over from there and obviously there are creeps/horrible people everywhere, but hearing that just upset me so much! Before I even had my son I signed up to be alerted about convicted pedophiles in my neighborhood. I’ve been signed up since I moved out on my own back in my early 20’s and now after having my son, aside from being signed up for that…I always watch people…my neighbors, strangers in stores, etc and this just makes you realize even more how cautious you have to be, look out for red flags, go with your gutt instincts, etc because here is a guy with no record that the mother obviously trusted…it’s terrifying!!

So after the mother went to the school and discovered her daughter never made it to school, she stated that she called the police right away on the spot. I find that odd; wouldn’t you call the person who supposedly dropped her off at school?? I believe the boyfriend told Madeline’s mother, that Madeline was gone meaning passed. And what backs that up is when Madeline‘s mom, Jennifer, was being interviewed via zoom in the background comes the boyfriend, loudly drops a chair and sits behind her cracking his knuckles and being intimidating. To me that just screams something like this: “.,Jennifer, you better keep to our story during this interview because if you veer off of it in any way, there will be hell to pay and you will end out like your daughter!“
