Hi! Most of us may not comment but I just want to say that I intently listen to every podcast that you release. Although I do have a circle, it feels great to hear you talk about your life. I’m 20 and I have a 1yr old, i have my own house and work part time and honestly I feel like I’m not where I’m meant to be in life either, some of my friends work full time and some don’t work at all and we all relate and have these conversations together that we don’t feel like we’re doing enough, I think when we’re younger we set such high standards for being in 20s and then get there and panic because we’re not doing what we thought we would be at that moment of time. From someone living such a different lifestyle to yourself I somehow still relate to your content so much xx

i’m a film major and just got into the penn state hollywood program. it’s basically a study abroad where they set you up with an internship while you live in LA. i think my favorite part of the city will be the weather. i just worry about the city being really influencer heavy. i’m not into social media, i’m into movies. i worry if the city will be too superficial if that makes sense. new york is cool too but the cold would cripple me, as you described. i don’t get depressed either but the cold definitely messes with me.

I find that I relate to and agree with a lot of what she says in these casts and also being in a young stage of my life, I can sorta apply that to how I go about things personally and how I have gone about things in the past. I love to listen to these while I do programming and art. So thank goodness for my dysfunctional friendship, am I right? 😂

Big Pharma refers to the way big pharmaceutical companies profit off of people's pain, make them addicted to pain killers, etc. The U.S. has a long history of allowing bad behavior by these big companies because they are so profitable. U.S. Opioid Epidemic, absurd prices for insulin, among other issues. Medicine is a business in the U.S. unlike in other parts of the world. Idk if that explanation helps or if you'll even see this but yeah!
