The thing with cats is that they are picky as shit but if you show them weakness and get them new food or fancy treats, they will never eat the normal food again. You can leave out the wet food for a few hours but once it looks dry they def wont eat anymore from it. Again all cats r very picky but just be consistent and they will eat when they r hungry and will honestly rarely actually consume it all.

def recommend a litter robot if you get your own cat! the price really does not make it worth it if you are only minding the cat... but if the smell really bothers you and you ABSOLUTELY do not want poopy paws then its 1000000x worth the buy. also, cats prefer to have smaller meals throughout the day so they will leave food and come back to it. if the cat hasn't eaten their wet food refrigerate it
