Hey Mark! I'm interested in learning all things like economy, sport, tourism, hobbies...etc.Thanks for your effort to explain us different topics! If the bank take my house, I'd be angry on a 7/10 scale. 🤔 When I forget a document or a key..etc, I do an about-face and return to my house to take it. I wish you all the best!

Usually it's power of sale in Canada. Foreclosure is more common in the U.S.

Mark thank you SO MUCH for this awesome video. I’m doing a physical about face everyday when I walk my dog and we reach the end of our usual path. And to answer your other question, if the bank took my home I’d be angry on a 9/10 scale!!!!!!!

Hi there Mark First of all, Thank you so much Mark. ..Quite an interesting and kinda educational video you shared on your channel which I just watched . As of matter of fact , I can see things are getting way tougher and more complicated economically, socially and politically for millions of good and hardworking citizens like me , like you, and for so many others out there. Thanks a lot indeed. A big hug for you buddy..

Another excellent lesson, as always. Regarding the word 'pivot,' I know another application that is widely used in the field of trading. It refers to a price level at which the market undergoes a change in direction during a change in trend. Concerning the bank interest rates, as far as I know, the Federal Reserve probably does not intend to increase the interest rates further because they are pursuing its primary goal of controlling inflation. I hope the economy improves, and all people can live prosperous lives."

In my country we don't deal with banks to afford a house.. so it's no common to might the bank take your house.. I pivot or I do an about-face usually when I feel have to change my thinking or when being persuaded by other person

The reason why I prefer the fixed rate is inflation. In our country it always goes up. It means, that the real cost of a loan goes down with time.
