thank you so much!! it added up pretty quickly hahaha next year i definitely need to put a bit more thought into what shows i do and how expensive it might be aheh.. this one was still worth it for me since the profit was high and the airport/con/hotel were all really close! I just hate that so much product needs to be sold just to make expenses back :S I'm hoping to do more tourist-y ones next year so I can actually enjoy the travelling part of it too hahhaha

First of all, so glad this show went well! Also as a heads up as an Otakon con goer for 10+ years (ew I'm old), be prepared for a BIG SATURDAY! Like every year I say "Oh I'll buy this on Saturday because Friday is to look around!" EVERY YEAR WITHOUT FAIL those artists work that I wanted....sold out. So yes, you are correct, the Otakon crow comes to SHOP! And we love to support our artists! Finally, be ready for your wifi to go out on Saturday. It's THAT BUSY on Saturday (it's literally insane). So maybe make it aware to your audience that cash would maybe be preferred??? But can't wait to see you at Otakon!

Ahh omg I'm nervous but also I'm ready to prepare SO MUCH STUFF !! i’m from texas and if you ever flew down for a con in houston or dallas make sure you have a good amount of bluebonnets!! texas does not play around with the state flower and you could sell a very good amount!!

Also regarding your Square payment issue, at other cons I've noticed that some international artists have like a Paypal QR code for people who want to pay via card/don't have cash so maybe that could be an option for you?

Thank you! I normally try to, but because everything is so far away (not walking distance) in the con area, our only choices were starbucks and the $5 bottles of water from the concierge :S We did try to bring our own water the other days!
