I always feel sick after drinking coffee, but that has 2 do with that caffeine makes you stressed and hype which don’t really work well with my body cuz I already have anxiety and stresssyndrom. Also I get very tired cuz it’s like it activates a panic attack and you get so drained by that. Maybe that’s why you also feel so. It’s hard cuz I love coffee but try to avoid it like me if you get tired or kind of sick. Btw been following your channel since the beginning and I don’t really comment but I wanna say that I love you and you give me so much inspiration!💕

When I heard the thing about coffee I was just thinking "wow, me too". I heard a couple of reasons: I'm adhd, therefore, it works that way or that my body digested things too quickly? Either way, give me something extremely caffeinated and I'll be asleep or falling asleep within the hour.
