Mitchell Moses proved that he deserves the 7 jersey more than Clearly. Even though his club team is not doing well, he stood up in the biggest occasion and do NSW Proud. Mitchell Moses had proven himself at the Origin level unlike Nathan Cleary who hasn't. Picking players is about whose available. In game 1 Nicho Hynez was the best 7 available given how Cronulla were performing at the time, but in reality, like the NFL, you sometimes have to pick the third string player.

Great game, first half was just brutal and amazing, best half of origin I think I have seen, it was like a test match and the respect from both teams taking the two when it was there reflected that, it will go down in history, ill-discipline cost QLD with early penalties especially in the ruck and holding down too long in the tackle, that's why NSW had all that possession on the QLD line and they had to make 100 more tackles in the half, that carried on a bit in the second half as well and the ball didn't bounce their way, I feel sorry for whoever has to play the Kangaroos in the near future the team looks very strong, congratulations NSW on the win from a Queenslander, too good too strong, I was happy to see Moses get some chocolates too he tries his guts out and has had a tough time over the journey, I'm sure he will remember that game forever, I think Edwards grabbed the national fullback jersey but Teddy will be in the team too, he can play anywhere and always delivers.
