As I pack up my apartment and in my final days of living in NY, I feel the sadness overcome me. I’m leaving a great place. A place I’ve always wanted to live & experience. I hope native New Yorkers realize how fortunate they are to be here. I feel I am a bit New Yorker now & NY will be in my heart forever. I know I will want to return, if not permanently, to visit at least. I will miss everything about you NY. The subway rides packed with people, the smells, the sounds, the feeling of energy just being on your streets!!! 😢🙏 the beaches of Long Island as well. So much I didn’t see it do, that will be a regret. My biggest regret most of all the ONE I let go and moving away from. Not knowing if we could have made a life together. If he really would have tried for me. 💔😢

The most amazing and influential person I've ever met who I came to call my "non biological Mom" was a woman named Marie and she lived and worked for years where the original Twin Towers once stood. She commuted via car then rail 90 mins each day after her then husband decided to move them away from the City but she refused to give up her life there. I had the sorrow and the privilege of being there (in Ohio) for her when the towers came down and took her to church and I was fortunate enough to hear of her stories of working and living there in New York. I miss my dear friend so much. I only got to visit NYC once on a lay over but my friend's oral history of the city and her life gave me a beautiful glimpse of what was for the town. I love you Marie and I miss you dearly. I think of you every time I hear this song. Thank you for bringing me into your amazing life!!

The beauty is in her facial expression, her gestures and her moves. Those are very feminine, energetic, intelligent, open, powerful, non ego-centric and appreciative. She shows confidence by expressing appreciation to the whole group of musicians using little gestures, where all individual qualities combined define the wonderful night the audience experienced. In my opinion she shows the beauty of natural, engaging leadership. Yes, she is beautiful and sings magnificently, but these others qualities are what makes her stand out so much, and I experience as very attractive. (Please don't tell my wife ☺️)
