With the uptick of so many switch-out heads, Mondo should really look into selling extra bodies sold separately on their own. Either bodies or busts of torsos so at least some of the heads can be put on display. I think selling separate bodies would open up the customizing game up, too.

I got mine Monday afternoon. I surprised from China to Canada so fast (it shipped the prior Thursday). Not only that they didn't charge any duties (so far)! Pretty cool figure, I'm looking forward to Mumm-Ra. I find Snarf is kind of creepy, but it's still neat to have.

The chained dagger fits into the claw shield like the small sword of Omens to use as a grapple got mine yesterday and he is so so good I'm all in on all MONDO Thundercats in any scale I'm in ❤️ Thundercats Hoooooo!!!!!!

He looks great. If they had gone 1/12 scale with these, even with this more realistic look or a cartoon accurate look, I would have been in on this. I really love that more cat-like face they gave him in that one head, and would have been what I would display him with. However, I looked on Mondo's site at the non-exclusive version, and it's Orko and Harley Quinn levels of removed accessories. I have hopes for their Gargoyles line, with the biggest being them going 1/12 with that line. Great review as always.

1/12 is oversaturated with Super7 which are good in their own right. As such Mondo may not sell enough in that scale

​@@Nunos645cgh I do not share the same opinion. First, at the moment, there are not many companies doing Thundercat. And the quality of Super7 is not up to what would push me to buy their products. It's not because one company does a product that the others should give up. I have seen many Super7 figures in stores but I have never found them attractive enough. I was really disappointed by their Silverhawks line...I waited so long and finally bought none. For me, visual quality is everything and in that regard NECA or Mondo play in an other league than Super7.

Hatter, Mondo went for the fences!sculpt, accessories, and a posable fully rendered Snarf. The box art was gorgeous. Your deluxe version is superior. There is no way I would settle for the regular release if I could get this top cat( no affiliation to another IP)!💯😸 Maybe even third party and that does sit in my mouth like bile😝 bask in your Lords glory😄😉✌️

I love it, i dont do 12 inch scale, too big(thats what she said) but if i did this would be my 1st step into that scale. Roll on 1/12 versions. 1 tiny "fault" no cat eye version of the eye of Thundera on the Swords. They gave him yellow, sight beyond sight eyes too.

@ I hear you. But to me, when it’s that expensive, it’s no longer a toy. A toy is relatively inexpensive and durable. This looks like if it fell off a shelf it would scratch and break. It’s too much of a risk in my humble opinion. Heck, I’m annoyed at the $35 “animated look” they released in October. And also, to me, he looks incredibly “made up”. Like literally an 80s hair band… like RATT or Warrant… it he doesn’t look like a lion. He resembles a guy in makeup. It’s just my opinion. But there’s a fine line between awesome and too real.

I think my only gripe is that the sword is loose on the gripping hand but we can work around with it. Is not the end of the world. And the size he’s almost beast man big. It feels weird having the the most powerful man in the universe side by side lion-o and lion o is beefier and taller than HE-MAN I’m like ok 👌 that’s new I think I should get used to it he’s a lion/man so is bigger for lore purposes.

Damn next to the vinyl mondo 15” lion o looks a beast yes he’s taller than he man and more muscular. I want them all. Pantro, cheetara, tygra, linx-o , pumaira, yaga, Willy kit and Katie evil mutants and mum rah regular and the ever living. For me the he man line is getting almost to a close to finish what I want I’m not rich. Evil lynn, triclops, 2bad, stratos, sorceress, ram man, mechaneck, whip lash, fisto, buzz off, clawful, roboto,stinkor, moss man, rio blast, man e faces, webstor, snout spout, king greyskull and battle lion and I’m done. Then I go to she ra princess of power with hordak. That’s a line that I will make too.
