Thanks for the news, Hatter! According to NECA's Instagram post, the portal will be a 3-week open preorder window. Rejoice! As far as Figura Obscura, I'm really tempted by that green Horseman. Damn! I didn't want to double dip on this line. And I assume that green Santa is a stand-in for the Ghost of Christmas Present, so does that mean we'll get repaint/original figures of other Christmas Carol characters down the line? Do I pass on this and risk assembling a team of Christmas spirits? Hmm.......

The glue turtles were confirmed to have been bought at retail by BBTS to resell. Honestly I'm surprised they only put a $5 mark up on them. They definitely were $65 direct from Super7.

Not really...they telling me it's really cool and really nice looking but as soon as they ask what the price of one of them(mostly highend)...they tell me damn they would never pay such prices for collectibles and i tell my friends as long as it makes me happy all is good(my friends also wouldn't leave my man-cave till i tell them how and why and show them everything) anyways i am happy with it...everybody can collect or do whatever they want...not judging anyone!

They mostly sell their products through other stores. Target and Walmart for major retail, and pretty much all the online collector stores big bad toy store entertainment earth etc. They occasionally have exclusive things on their site that are up for a week, maybe 2 weeks. The portal set hatter is talking about has not released yet so wait for it to come out.

I hate that Kraven face, I was really hoping if we got a retro carded figure we'd get a new head - not because it's so laughably terrible (though it is) but because it's clearly an attempt to ape Mike Zeck's artwork from Kraven's Last Hunt's covers, and the retro carded figure should be more based in cartoon show, which didn't drawn from that inspiration. Sadly Hasbro are staying the course with thier 'cheap bastards with fingers in thier ears' direction and so no Kraven for me. On the plus side: D&D wave 2! The portal AND an acknowledgement of Hoccum Hare's existence! Cheers, Hatter

Hatter, the portal seems cool but the rumored $44.99 would fit accessory price points..I definitely am out of the statue game..some 'figures are posable statues anyway. Thunder cats rock hopefully the wave will not disappoint. The retailer exclusives especially the Headless Horseman repaint will be sought after. I do pick up very few Motu -but choice villains.
