That NECA rant and song was perfect. I am torn, on the one hand my wish list for NECA Gargoyles was pretty comprehensive. Every canon character from the first two seasons and all of the comics... yeah, that's not bloody likely. On the other hand, considering how NECA has been behaving as of late... I am fine never giving them another penny. I am not boycotting them, if they put out things I like I will buy them. But I am just as happy never giving them another penny.

This was my exact scenario with the sdcc TMNT 3 4 pack. Mine showed up with the box torn and fucked up. And of course it had to be something I never planned on opening. Same response. You can send it back but we can't guarantee we can exchange it..... So I just kept it. Yay damaged display box.....

Neca sent me the same email about my SDCC Alf figure. The box was ripped open when I received it and they said send it back and IF they had any in stock after they receive it and process the return they'll send me a new one or refund me.

That irks me, sending the whole figure back for a head, and you may or may NOT get a replacement. I remember when there were QC issues with the Mondo He-man and Mondo just sent a whole new piece to make it right, and their figures are ginormous, that's why in the long run I don't really mind Mondo's prices, there service makes up for it by far, especially in contrast to some of these others whom I shall not name *coughs "NECA"* Jingle all the way...

I swear DST and NECA have to be the same company. I don’t think NECA lost the Nightmare Before Christmas toy license, as they used to pump out tons of stuff. I think they just say on it for awhile while DST sporadically put out figures. But it seems like DST is taking a break and now NECA is stepping back up to the plate. I personally wouldn’t get invested in the line as it’s not Turtles so NECA will just stop making figures in a couple of years and then blame customers
